When we arrive we didn’t have any towels in the room. We sled for it and 2 hours later were brought to the room. The four keys they gave us didn’t work very good and it was a struggle every time we wanted to get in Wifi didn’t work in the room nor the common areas The rooms had old air conditioners that don’t work well and make a terrible noise The hotel was empty, just a couple of people. We kindly asked to leave our bags in the room and use the shower before leaving, (since the hotel was empty hence the room was available) and it was denied

We stayed at this resort for a week there was nothing to do. everything on their wedsite was false information. the pool bar was closed down, the spa wasnt open, the pool and hot tub were dirty. The outdoor bar Coconuts was terrible and the batendars ignored you and they weren't busy at all. We found huge roaches in our condo and the front desk gave us a hard time with moving us to another building/condo. 1st condo had a broken dishwasher and fridge door, no wash clothes, trash outside our door and we never got housekeeping. The food was decent and the private beach was nice but we did find a place around the corner called Junkanoo beach it's a 2 minute walk down the beach from island of the seas. the food was amazing, friendly staff, a DJ, beach games, beautiful beach and lots of shells and sand dollars. We went there everyday. It made our vacation worth wild. I do not recommend Island of the Seas and woukd never go back.

Établissement très bien localiser pour accès a la plage, toutefois a besoin de renouveller leur commodité, très peu de parasol de disponible et ceux qu'il y a sont tous endommagé. Led appartements manque de beaucoup d'accessoires par exemple au niveau des ustensiles de cuisine.

The property is dated. You must get a cab to go to the grocery or shopping of any kind. Very minimal kitchen cookware. The pool and hot tub are very nice. The coffee shop is rarely open. The restaurant is extremely slow.

Check-in was a train wreck, at best. Waited hours after the 4pm check-in for a room to be available. The tile floors were sticky and we had to wear flip-flops so our feet wouldn't get nasty.

We knew before booking that this was a discounted, dated property with limited amenities and dining options. We really picked it due to its price point and location on quite a beautiful Freeport beach - which did not disappoint in terms of the view/experience. Beach chairs and tables were plastic and cheap. The bar had limited selections, inconsistent service quality. Restaurant was par to sub-par, with limited, bland menu selections. The property, overall, is old and in desperate need of structural repairs as well as room updates. Most disappointing were the limited cooking utensils, antiquated room furnishings and, unfortunately for us, a cockroach problem. If you can put up with the negatives, the location and very nice beach might balance things out for you - particularly if you're on a tight budget. Despite the negatives, the price point and location would not necessarily preclude another visit here.

They basically came and made a flower out of the kleenex box.The amenities were left over from the last people there.There was hairs everywhere there was sanders and clothing takes left on the night tables, two of the lamps were broken and there was black mold all around the doors.The property itself is in a beautiful location.However, I would not recommend staying here we had to switch rooms and were offered a free breakfast next morning which, when we took it the tag to the front desk. They said you should have checked with me and even though we said that we did check with them and said that we would get you free breakfast. They refused to pay for it. Also upon checkout. They offered me 2 nights Back in credit because we had to go stay somewhere else and that was not offered. There is a lot to offer here. However, there is no staff to do it and the staff that is, there doesn't care. Their gratuity is already included, so they would rather spend time talking on their cell phones than help you get a drink. Also, we at work that we were told that we were going to get extra betting as we were using the plug couch at nine thirty at night.It was still not there and they could not find it

The beach was beautiful. Our room was clean, but did have some issues, wall plug-in sockets without protective covers being the biggest. The staff was not real helpful or responsive, and always on "island time".....slow!! Don't eat at the poolside bar unless you have all afternoon, we waited over a half hour for a cocktail, then over an hour for our food, which was not very good. You definitely get what you pay for.

All the was amazing the staff the beach the pools the hot tub but one thing that stressed us out was NO INTERNET & WE COULD NOT EVEN USE OUR DATA. IT WAS ALL BLOCKED!! I spoke to other residents and they said same thing! Also my cousin stayed there last year and they said same NO INTERNET AND NO DATA could be used!! We are business owners and we neeeded WIFI and or able to use our data! We had to go to ZORBAS and or PELICAN BAY HOTEL to work.

NO BELLMAN to help w bags to room, (that we had no clue where was since room numbers are not in sequential order, all we were told by concierge was “down there next building” basically “figure it out”; COCKROACHES in room; housekeeping went 2 of 5days(2nd day; then 3rd day at the end of day after we called needing room service and clean towels; floors were never mopped or broomed during our stay; One bartender for pool, restaurant, beach; the one that leaves around 2-3pm, couldn't make a margarita and a piña colada at 1pm, (told us to wait for the next shift); Since no bellman, we saw the LIFE GUARD leaving his duty with people in water, to go help a client with a suitcase to lobby???? So anything is allowed to happen during that time! Internet is useless; sofa bed mattress MOLD. Furnitures old and dusty, windows in rooms dusty, ants all over the place.

The first room you couldn't get the door to unlock. Spent 5 hours waiting for new room. The floors were so filthy that my feet were black from walking on them. Pans were dirty. This used to be a wonderful resort, not anymore.

Room felt neglected. Stayed for 3 nights: Feb. 3rd - 6th 2026, received no housekeeping service on any of the days. Everything else was fine, but that was quite disappointing.

Very nice resort. I would have preferred it if Wifi was available in the unit, as it was, I had to go to the lobby. Also a few items like coffee tea, powedered milk & sweetener in the room would have been nice. Nevertheless, I liked the place and will stay there next time.
