“Everything was as advertised and very clean”

“Host was very welcoming, house was well appointed, warm despite the frigid weather! Great location, we were able to find a grocery store within a 10 minute walk, lots of restaurants nearby. Capital One center was a chilly 25 minute walk, The Anthem was a quick 8 minute walk. On site off street parking a plus given the snow banks blocked half the street! All in alll a great stay, would choose to stay here again!”

“Property was nice and clean. Great location. Please add the door code to towards the beginning of the house rules as it was 3/4 of the way into the document and not easily found. There are a lot NO's and can't do's which I understand, but the constant reminder that the owner lives & works below is too much. Thank your guests for staying, rather then telling them NO.”

“We found the apartment to be superficially clean, but poorly maintained with stained/damaged flooring and walls, aging furniture inappropriate for the size of the rooms and a poorly provisioned kitchen lacking even dishtowels. There was neither a cleaning service there nor were cleaning supplies provided. The washing machine was clearly moldy (with a strong smell); upon inspection we found that the door seal on washing machine is black and the floor of the washing machine was slimy. The dryer...
