Great hideaway!

This house a great place for a family, especially with a pet. Great location just off the main road onto Fripp. Excellent amenities(golf cart, private pool access), and great atmosphere.

Pleasantly happy

House was very nice. Host was very responsive. We had a wonderful week. A few minor issues with the house none the fault of owner. House is well equipped and the host is very thoughtful providing everything a guest could need on a visit.

Good stay

Had several issues upon arrival but all were immediately taken care of after contacting owners. Main floors definitely need up dating (first impressions mean a lot). Owners were quick to respond to phone calls and pleasant. The time we spent there was mostly enjoyed.

Great House !

Weve been coming to Fripp for over 15 years. This was one the best houses weve stayed at ! Had a couple issues but the host addressed and fixed them for us right away. Deer lake a great location. Its quite and aort of off the Tarpon Blvd path. The hot tub is just an added bonus that ove not had at any other fripp house we ever stayed in . We will be back !!!

Frippin love Fripp

We have stayed several times in Fripp, we loved this house! Very clean, beds comfy! Would rent again! We just love Fripp and the laid back atmosphere. Enjoyed first trip with grandson and taking the dogs!

We were so pleased with our stay. The house is spacious and inviting and the view of the lagoon from the back deck is awesome. The hot tub and golf cart really made the stay over the top. The host is very kind and helpful. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend!

We stayed a week at this beautiful property! Sarah was amazing to work with! She was very quick to respond to any questions, let us know the house was ready early, and wished us safe travels on our departure! Highly recommend! Nice quiet, private neighborhood! House was equipped with everything we needed! 6 seater golf cart included and pet friendly! It was perfect for a week vacation for our little family! Will definitely be back!

Perfect family trip

We had a packed house with different members of our family, but had plenty of space inside the home. It was very clean, kitchen met all of our needs (we cooked different meals and used the grill), it was very helpful having access to a washer and dryer with babies on the trip, and the deck was a great spot to relax and watch for alligators. The kids loved riding on the golf cart to get to the beach, playgrounds and pool (unfortunately the deer lake community pool was closed for the season still at the end of March). We had such an amazing time and hope to be back soon!

Fripp Island 2023

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home it was exactly what the photos show. The beach was a bit far but having the use of the golf cart was an added bonus. My husband used the hot tub daily which was clean and hot. The large sliding door screens kept falling off the track but the owner advised us they are in her list to be replaced. If you stay at this home make sure you pack all you kitchen essentials or be prepared to buy them as there was only a small box of baggies in one cupboard.

Birthday Trip

The house is perfect for a family even though we were just 2. We had friends over and there was plenty of seating. The kitchen is the best stocked in any VRBO I’ve stayed. If you are going to cook she has everything you need. The host is easy to contact and addresses any issues immediately. The hot tub was a hit for the young and olds ones too.

Great house for a family vacation

Kitchen was stocked very well, beauful lake view, quiet street. TVs are awesome large screens and new. HotTub was a nice touch in the off-season. Great communication with the owner when I had questions. I would definitely rent again although I noticed the price has gone up significantly for next year. This house has everything you need and we appreciated the open concept and single level.

What a wonderful house on Deer Lake! It was very clean and easy to access! Any questions that I had was answered promptly by the property manager! Everything was just as the picture showed! Would recommend staying here!

Lake, Deer and Alligators!!!

We had a wonderful time staying at this Deer Lake home. It had a beautiful view of the lake, deer, and alligators to watch. The private Deer Lake pool was a huge bonus. The club pools get so crowded that it was nice to spend some quiet time at Deer Lake Pool. Sarah was wonderful to work with before our arrival, and when the kitchen sink was leaking, Jan had the plumber to us in less than an hour. We would stay here again. The only thing I would recommend is providing sharper knives.
