“The Grind, which is a 24-hour cafe is well stocked and has fresh food daily. I would go there at 5:30 am daily for 2 weeks and see them replace unbought items-meaning that food is always fresh! ”

“I honestly did not think it lived up to the price. Room was fairly clean but not great. The bathroom was cleaned very well and had everything you could need. And a + the towels were fresh. The hotel itself is a little outdated and the halls to the rooms need work. Some open rooms with glass views of stored broken beds, chairs……also only one elevator was operational. But all in all the stay was Okay 👍.”

“The room price was fair. As soon as I entered my room, it had a sewage smell in the entrance and the smell got stronger throughout the night. I would probably not stay here again. But you can’t beat the price. I was only there for a couple of hours to rest and clean up before a flight.”

“We got a room here soon after super typhoon Sinlaku passed. We checked several resorts and the Hyatt was the only one we found who could accept new guests at the time. They seemed to do the best job at preparing for the storm and recovering quickly. We were so appreciative to be able to escape there to have power, water and laundry again. Thank you again!”

“Post storm staff failed to inform a.c wasn't working well, room was warm and smelled of mold. Room is dated and needs an upgrade as well as the bathroom. Additionally the towels and bath robes aren't soft at all. The Fitness center has old equipment and most weren't working well. The weights were dirty and there were no available paper towels or disinfectant to clean equipment before and after use. Staff were nice unfortunately it doesn't compensate for the property needing improvements. ”
