Casa Rural Las Toscas fui construida totalmente de piedra hace unos 200 años y llevamos más de 10 años dedicada al alquiler vacacional y al turismo sostenible.
Tiene amplios jardines con piscina privada climatizada y una soleada terraza.
Casa Las Toscas es un chalet vacacional total independiente con aparcamiento propio.
En el 2006 fue totalmente restaurada, respetando la arquitectura y diseño tradicional de Fuerteventura, modernizando y ampliando las comodidades a los estándares actuales.
Tuineje es un pueblo agro-ganadero situado en el sureste de la isla, bien comunicado con las playas del sur y el norte.

Mi esposa y yo pasamos unos días fantásticos en la casa, que no le falta de nada y es muy tranquila. Muy buena experiencia, y Elsa muy atenta y disponible. Nos encantó!!

Elsa, la propietaria, muy amable y disponible desde el minuto 1. La casa estupenda, la hemos disfrutado muchísimo, nos ha encantado. Ubicada en un pueblito muy tranquilo en el centro de la isla no demasiado lejos de ningún sitio. Un remanso de paz para descansar y recargar las pilas. Repetiríamos sin dudarlo.

No hablo bien espanol, voy a escribir un comentario en inglés. We were very happy indeed with the house in Tuineje. The house is very well renovated and well equipped. Everything was exactly as described on the website. The owners (Elsa and Sergio) were very friendly and very helpful. We would certainly go back there in the future.

wir haben schöne Tage in diesem Haus genießen können. Alles sehr sauber und vorhanden was gebraucht wird. Einzig wären Fliegengitter an den Fenstern von "spürbaren" Vorteil. Sonst alles gut. Lieben Dank an Elsa.

Tout d’abord encore merci Elsa de s’être déplacée quand nous avons claqué la porte avec les clés à l’intérieur. La maison est très spacieuse et calme mais très sombre et vieillotte. Un rafraîchissement serait le bienvenue (linge de lit, oreillers très usés et très inconfortables, coussins, plaids) La piscine malgré nos demandes n’a jamais dépassé 25,5 ce qui est vraiment juste avec le vent très présent. La température annoncée était de 28. La maison ne comportant pas de bibelots, les frais de ménage sont excessifs. Voiture obligatoire. Pas un restaurant proche.

We had planned a quiet relaxing stay, a place to warm up in this awful winter. The biggest hit was the property itself. Really spacious, beautifully and simply restored. Not liking too much sun it was perfect for me to relax inside when I’d had too much or sit on the Terrace. We don’t travel about too much but would come back and do that. Restaurant recommendations from Elsa were very good. There is a baker in town with great bread and pastries. Had never been to Fuerteventura before and I would say it is not too developed which suited us perfectly. Had a car so didn’t use public transport but there seemed to be reasonable bus service. Would recommend it 100%, it’s a place to relax so don’t expect towering hotels!

The location of this house will not suit everyone but if you are wanting peace, tranquility and an authentic location then you will need to look hard to find somewhere better. We have had a fantastic week staying in Elsa's wonderful house and exploring Fuerteventura with its dramatic scenery and beautiful beaches. After fantastic days out to resorts in the North and the South it was really lovely to return to the tranquility of Elsa's home with its heated pool and private garden. We definitely hope to return for further visits as it has been one of the most relaxing holidays we have enjoyed.

It's a wonderful house with a big garden. we felt very comfortable and nothing was missing. It was a perfect vacation. Elsa is a great person. She informed us very well and always helped us. we are very happy and completely satisfied. we will gladly come again.

It’s our second “hibernation” since becoming retirees. We love it. The Casa Emblematica in Tuineje is an ideal choice for all seeking a quiet place far away from the areas of intensive tourism, but with all amenities including pool and a nice garden around till to good infrastructure such as nearby supermarket, bakery etc. The casa is conveniently situated in the middle of the island, all beaches or points of interest are at most a one hr drive away. Elsa and Sergio are the guiding spirits of the house, helpful every time and easy going. Thanks a lot to both for making our stay such enjoyable. We’d return anytime. Things to do we can recommend: sunset in Ajuy, beaches between Costa Calma and Jandia in the south as well as around El Cotillo in the NW, seafood in the Cofradía Pescadores in Gran Tarajal or Sunday dinner in the Casa Naturaleza (reservation required) south of the also worth seeing Batancuria, the little Museo del Queso Majorero near Antigua, the Timanfaya NP on Lanzarote (use an organized day trip by bus) and, and … The island is amazingly manifold. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt fern ab vom intensiven Tourismus , totale ruhige Gegend , super Service, tolle Gastgeber. Es passte einfach alles. Das Haus bietet allen Komfort den man braucht. Wir haben jede Sekunde in diesem Haus genossen. Es eignet sich hervorragend für alle, die Urlaub auf dieser tollen Insel machen wollen ohne in einem Touristenort zu wohnen. Die Menschen in der Umgebung sind super freundlich. Es gibt einen kleinen Laden sowie Spielplatz und Tiere (Esel, Katzen) fußläufig, daher auch bestens für Familien mit kleinen Kindern geeignet. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Die Gastgeber sind total nett, das Haus und der Garten sind schöner als auf den Bildern dargestellt. Die Umgebung ist authentisch und frei von Tourismus, was absolut großartig ist. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Die Bilder geben nur begrenzt wieder was für ein schönes Ferienhaus fie Finca ist. Geschmackvoll und stilgerecht eingerichtet , wer zu viert kommt hat mehr als genug Platz. Vermisst haben wir Holz um den Kamin abends anzuheizen ( Abendstunden doch noch kühl)!dass wäre ein toller Service für Gäste... dass konnten wir aber im Dorf kaufen.Herzlichen Dank an die Besitzerin Elsa!

Wir haben im November 2018 drei herrliche Wochen in diesem wirklich schönen Landhaus verbracht. Alles ist wirklich wie auf den Bildern gezeigt. ELSA ist eine tolle, freundliche Vermieterin und wir haben uns gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Möbel, Geschirr usw. hochwertig und insgesamt eine gute Grundausstattung. Ausreichend Gewürze, Salz, Essig und Öl u.s.w. waren vorhanden. Alles funktionierte einwandfrei. Der Fernseher hatte sehr viele deutschen Kanäle. Der Pool ist bis ca. 24-25 Grad beheizt. Dieser kann auch nicht höher eingestellt werden. Der Garten ist gut gepflegt. Man hat zwar Nachbarn, es bleibt jedoch trotzdem genügend Privatsphäre. Zum Bäcker ist es ein gemütlicher Spaziergang, ebenso zum nahegelegenen Mini-Supermarkt und zum Dorfrestaurant. (Einfache kanarische Küche aber immer gut!!) Guter Ausgangspunkt für sämtliche Ausflüge. Einziger Nachteil ist der fehlende Backofen. Das Haus ist hochwertig eingerichtet, warum hier bei der Grundausstattung auf einen Backofen verzichtet wurde, ist uns ein Rätsel. Schade. Auch nach langem Überlegen fällt uns kein weiterer negativer Punkt ein. Insgesamt rundum sehr empfehlenswert!!!!

Wir haben mit 2 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern wunderschöne 2 Wochen in diesem traumhaften Haus verbracht. Als Standort für Ausflüge perfekt und die Ruhe haben wir sehr genossen. Die Restaurant und Bar-Tipps von Elsa waren auch perfekt, Schlüsselübergabe und Rückgabe ebenso unkompliziert. Wir kommen sicherlich irgendwann einmal wieder, da waren wir uns alle einig.
