Highly recommend staying here, especially if going to Disneyland or Angels ballgames. Everything was great. 14 minute drive to Disney, 12 to Angels ballpark. Could not be more convenient! Met both hosts and very nice. The home was clean and quiet, everything we expected. We drove to the Rosebowl, Hollywood sign, and Hollywood “walk of fame.” Maybe a half hour to 40 minute drive taking the carpool lane. Neighborhood was safe and quiet.

One of my favorite vacation rentals we’ve ever booked. Don’t hesitate. Great location, clean, little helpful details everywhere. It has one bathroom & we managed just fine with 5 people. We hope to stay again.

Great house, nice and quiet area, access to all local stores and areas. Easy check in, comfortable beds and tvs in all room for the kids. Nice patio area. Love the place. Hosts were great check in as we arrive, check in mid week and when we left. Enjoy the stay..

Truly a Gift

We are three close friends that live in different parts of the world, that get together once a year.  Normally we visit one another’s homes, but this year, for various reasons, we decided converging in LA was a better option.  We actually had planned our trip for a month prior, but had to cancel our VRBO (different city), because one of us lost their father suddenly.  That place was not available for our rescheduled time, so we found Hello Sunshine on short notice - and we honestly believe it was even better than our first choice.  Obviously we are not the typical “visiting Disneyland family," but we wanted to spend a lot of time relaxing and visiting, and Hello Sunshine was a perfect spot.  We wanted a place that felt like it was a home, and everything about this space was cozy - the living spaces, the beds, the outdoor patio, the kitchen.  We were able to relax, prepare meals together, have longs conversations, watch TV, or retreat to our own bedrooms for some personal time.  We took advantage of the local restaurants, hiking trails, shopping and did a day at the beach.  Casey and Angie were so friendly and helpful with anything we needed.  It truly was the perfect place for our gathering and if we meet again in LA, we will definitely stay at Hello Sunshine.

Family Disney Trip

This adorable rental has everything you need. It is neat and clean with comfortable beds. The only drawback was one bathroom for our family of 9. Two unexpected cousins showed up, and we could even fit them in on a couch. We stayed two days. Disney was just 15 minutes away. I love that all the cupboards were marked with their contents so there was no jumbled leftovers from previous stays.

Lovely and Comfortable

This place exceeded our expectations. It was so close to our destination and very easy to find/park. The house had every amenity we could think of, and the beds were very spacious and comfortable. Water pressure in the shower was amazing and made having 1 bathroom not a huge problem for our group of 8. Thank you!

Great Communication Nice Stay

Very good Hosts. We had a few minor issues, ie hot pot broke. They went out of there way to fix things. Had a wonderful stay. It has all the little things that a VRBO should and was well labeled. No hunting for the hair dryer, it was easy to find. Etc

We loved our time at this home. It was perfect for families. We traveled around the area a bit doing different activities (beaches and Knott’s Berry) and the location was great. We really appreciated the thoughtful little touches around the house. We would definitely stay here again!

The charm and decor of this mid centry home was lovely. The spaciousness of the family room, back patio and bedrooms allowed for plenty of gathering time and also separation. Everything was well stocked. We can't wait to stay again!

Fabulous house and hosts!

The house is super cute and we loved the theme. The three bedrooms were very comfortable for our family. There was a lot of entertainment so it was easy to wind down at the end of the night and the family games were appreciated. It was challenging for one bathroom with five of us and we totally made it work. The hosts Angie and Casey were very responsive and knowledgeable and kind. I appreciated that they were available instantly by text with any concerns but they were respectful of our privacy. The house is centrally located to just about every Orange County attraction.

Fantastic Stay at Hello Sunshine

Hands down the best short-term rental house I have ever stayed at. Everything was thought out, there was everything a guest could need....my only regret is we didn't stay longer here. The neighborhood is great with easy access to downtown Fullerton and a great little mom and pop donut shop across the way. The home was cozy and they even provided slippers. We enjoyed evenings out by the fire in the backyard. Would absolutely stay here again.

Sunny Stay

Our family of four loved our stay at Hello Sunshine. Casey and Angie were super responsive and checked in on us to ensure everything was going as expected. The neighbourhood was quiet and safe and a great distance from Disneyland (the reason for our stay). We were worried about a single bathroom for all, but the extra mirrors and hair dryers were a perfect solution to this. The beds were very comfortable, the house was clean, and we appreciated the extras like toiletries, washing machine and dishwasher tabs. There are no spices or condiments in the kitchen, so keep that in mind if you're planning to make a 4-course meal 😉. The home is older, so the furnace is a bit noisy but not a deal-breaker! For the amount of space, cleanliness and price, Hello Sunshine is a wonderful place to make home while visiting the OC!

Best Kept Secret in Fullerton

Hello Perfection!

We purchased this at a rate of $250 per night, and we cant thank casey and angie enough for the amazing place and experience they provided. -3 Bedrooms -1 Bathroom -2 Living rooms -1 Kitchen -1 Dining room -1 Backyard Bedrooms come with everything needed and extras Bathroom came with extra towels of all kinds as well as shampoo/bodywash/conditioner/lotion Living rooms came with everything, from extra blankets, games for the family, accessories for the beach, washer/dryer/dryer sheets/detergent, vanity, as well as a big table for 6-8 people. I'm sure there is a lot more, I just cant remember at the moment. Kitchen came fully stocked with everything needed. Stainless steel appliances and just about every dish and cooking device you could think of from whiskey and margarita glasses to kuerig and crockpot. Dining room came with a nice, smaller, more intimate table. Backyard had patio furniture, fire pit, as well as a grill fully equipped with grill tools. The hello sunshine was very clean, interior design was unique, however not in a bad way. With the way it was designed, the layout, everything that was provided, the cleanliness, as well as how communicative the hosts were...it really felt more like a homr away from home than a vrbo rental. Looking forward to going back soon. We also created a new, tropical tasting cocktail dedicated to our experience. The "Hello Sunshine" Cocktail.

Delightful vacation lodging

Hello Sunshine is super cute, comfortable and clean. Nice beds and linens and great vacation decor ! We enjoyed staying as a family of 4 and wish we'd had more time to stay and hang out. The house was less than a 15 minute easy drive to/from Disney and the neighborhood was quiet.

Beautiful home with attention to detail.
