Within walking distance of eateries, bars and hotels popular by tourists, and near some of Madeira's most breathe taking views. This hillside home with a private roof-top terrace is perfect for an island getaway.

Stylishly furnished and well appointed with an industrial-chic aesthetic: make yourself comfortable in the living room, and unwind over the sofa. At the same time, catch up on all your favourite TV shows. Enjoy delicious meals on the large dining table that can easily accommodate six, and make delicious meals with the open-plan kitchen that can fulfil culinary requirements.

Outside, the private balcony and terrace are split into two levels with plenty of lounge chairs for you to chill out with friends and loved ones, enjoy al fresco meals, or sunbathe without prying all eyes, all within the sweeping views of the Atlantic Ocean and surrounding verdant green hills.

There are two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and another with a day bed. Hotel-quality linens are provided to ensure guests sleep well.

The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Funchal, a captivating city on the island of Madeira, Portugal, is famous for its natural beauty, mild climate, and vibrant culture. Nestled between mountains and the Atlantic Ocean, it appeals to nature lovers, adventure enthusiasts, and those seeking tranquillity. With breathtaking landscapes, historic charm, and colourful markets, Funchal offers a delightful experience. The best time to visit is during spring or autumn when the weather is pleasant and the renowned Madeira Flower Festival occurs. Visitors can enjoy hiking, exploring botanical gardens, savouring local cuisine, and immersing themselves in the lively atmosphere of the Old Town. Funchal is easily accessible from mainland Portugal, just a two-and-a-half-hour flight away.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

- Funchal City Centre is 8 minutes away by car.
- Madeira Airport International is 2 minutes away by car, depending on traffic conditions.

Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge costs 10€, pending availability.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
