With a simple, contemporary décor designed for comfort and well-being, this flat offers all the facilities you need for a great holiday on Madeira Island, whether for work or leisure. The flat features a living room with a sofa bed, air conditioning, cable TV, and a balcony overlooking Funchal. The open-plan kitchen is well-equipped and includes a dining area. There is one bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom with a shower cubicle. The property accommodates up to three people.

Located on the 3rd floor (with lift access) of a building on Rua 31 de Janeiro—one of Funchal’s main streets—there is no private parking, but Wi-Fi is available throughout. The building has a common entrance shared with other properties.

AREA
Situated in the city centre of Funchal, you can easily walk to major attractions such as restaurants, the Farmers' Market, Funchal Cathedral, public gardens, Baltazar Dias Municipal Theatre, the cable car, CR7 Museum, Cruzes Museum, Madeira Wine Lodge, Funchal Marina, shopping centres, supermarkets, beaches, bars, and museums. The city centre offers information on a wide range of activities, from cultural to nature and extreme sports.

GETTING AROUND
Transfers can be arranged with local partners (cheaper than airport taxis). If you rent a car, navigation apps will easily find the address. There are also bus stops nearby.

ACCESS TO PROPERTY
Guests have access to all areas of the property.

INTERACTION
The team is always available to help or answer questions and strives to respond to all requests. An app is provided for guests with important property and local information.

OTHER OBSERVATIONS
- All guests must present valid ID (passport or identity card) as required by Portuguese law.
- Check-in must be scheduled in advance (at least 48 hours prior); otherwise, it is subject to team availability.
- Bed linen and towels are provided. Baby cot, high chair, and baby bath available on request. The property is equipped with a first aid kit, extinguishers, and a fire blanket.

ATTENTION
A municipal tourist tax of €2.00 per person/night (aged 13 or over), up to 7 nights (€14 max per person/stay), will be charged. A payment link will be provided upon arrival.

HOUSE RULES

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe a few simple rules.

• Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
• Parties or events are not permitted.
• Please be considerate of the neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night.

The property may be equipped with a smart sensor (Minut) that monitors noise, smoke, and temperature levels for safety reasons only. This system does not record conversations or collect personal data. If abnormal levels are detected, you may receive a message from our team.

In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must present valid identification for registration.

A municipal tourist tax may be charged (€2 per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights).

Check-in: from 4 pm. Early check-in is subject to availability and payment of a fee.
Check-out: by 12:00. Late check-out is subject to availability and payment of a fee.
