“After having a less than ideal stay at a different Global Luxury/Churchill location, I read the reviews for this building and decided to give them an opportunity to leave a better impression. One of the existing reviews shares of a broken bed, I may’ve gotten the same unit they stayed in, as my bed was broken as well (the bed frame, specifically). The bed sank into the middle of the broken frame. Advertised parking for (temporary) guests in this building is a three minute drive/ten minute walk...

“If you're looking for a nice, clean place to rest your head with the most comfortable bed you've probably ever slept on then this is your place. Cute decor. I did feel like there was no where for me to set my stuff out. All the surface space had decorations. Not a bad thing it just didn't seem very practical for the way I usually do things but I managed just fine. Nice neighborhood clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced. Great little place to reserve for the night. ”

We were told our FOBs were programmed for parking and that we should go down to the front desk and have them reprgrammed. The FOBs don't work for parking. You need another clicker. The water did not get hot enough. To make it worse, the entrie time we were there (18 days), there was no water pressure. We were told it was a problem in the whole building. When I checked...
