“The app to let us in was never set up properly, so we had to use a keypad code. Not a big deal. We arrived in VA on a 10am flight, and could not store our luggage at the building anywhere. So for the first day, until 4pm, we dragged our luggage all over DC. They have a building front desk person, and a room behind the front desk. We were surprised that they offered no luggage storage in that room for a few hours. Only 2 towels, and no wash clothes. Had I known, I'd have packed wash clothes. Nice...

“What a great location. In the heart of the harbor above the yacht club office. Close to the cute little village of Cape Charles. Quite charming really.”

Host provided plenty of towels and choices of shampoo, etc. When we were there, couldn't find a cutting board which would have been handy -- easily remedied. We enjoyed a cross-town...

The host was extremely helpful and responsive.Only comment worth noting is that the bathroom shower has peeling paint all round it. I had to move out of a moldy house due to health issues, so I share this in case anyone is immune compromised. Thankfully I didn't experience any issues as a result of this water damage. Hopefully the host will make the repair.Overall, it is a great place and I...
