This was very nice and comfortable stay for 5 women traveling for a basketball game. We were close to the arena and had everything we needed for comfort the 4 days we were there. The home was lovely. Would stay again.

My family stayed for just one night to watch our son’s basketball game. We were so disappointed that we didn’t have more time to enjoy the amazing home and all the amenities. Everything was just like described and pictured, even better! There were basic supplies to get you started and perfect to kick off our stay. The house was clean and welcoming! It was truly one of the best experiences that we have ever had with Vrbo! We will absolutely be booking this property again if available in the future! The host, Jared, was also second to none!

House was what was advertised. We were there on a weekend for a softball tournament. Girls took the bunk room. We had a good time. Gas Grill worked great. Pictures do make putting green look better than it really is, but it works and you can use it as you are grilling. Pool was too cold to enjoy but we jumped in anyway. Pool area is showing its age, but was clean and functional. Inside was as advertised, no surprises. Small issue with one of the bathroom sinks, and owner was ready to have someone immediately address it, but we were able to get by while we were there. Video games were a hit with all the dads.

Definitely the nicest rental house we have stayed at in Gainesville. Only critique would be that the grass in the back yard needed to be mowed. It was overgrown and full of stickers, so the kids couldn’t run around back there

Spring Break With Kids

I went to the house to stay with my family for one night. There were 9 of us. Five adults and four children. Two of the children are autistic. The house was nice but definitely not worth the price. The pictures were very deceiving especially considering that things did not look that nice once we arrived at the home. The pool area was very dingy looking. There was also exposed wiring and electrical throughout the house. Which is extremely concerning because there were multiple bunk beds, which means that children are welcome there. Prior to even arriving, customer service was not all that great. I was offered early check-in and I confirmed I wanted early check-in only for the host to wait until the night before to tell me that we could not do an early check in. Which is fine, but why offer something if you can't follow through with it? Once I was at the home and decided to do laundry, because the children had gone into the pool, I realized that the dryer was full of linen and towels and everything else that they just left in there. Early check in couldn't happen because the cleaning crew had to have time to clean. It was subpar cleaning at best. I was not impressed at all by the house or the host.

Spacious family gathering place-great central location

We loved the open spaciousness of the living/ dining area. This room got wonderful morning sunlight and we enjoyed simple breakfasts there. If you love coffee there are multiple brewing options! The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. The backyard is large and the pool looked inviting, it’s too bad we were there in January and the weather was not warm enough to try it out- will have to give it a 2nd chance at a future visit. There is a bit of street noise in the back yard but it can’t be heard in the house. Beds were comfortable and there were tons of towels available. The decor was simple and tasteful. Check in was super simple and we had no problems. We came to visit with family that lives there and the house was centrally located to both houses. Host is easy to communicate with.

Would Rent Again!

Our party of 3 families enjoyed our stay. The house was in a convenient location and Jared the owner was very helpful with communication and recommendations for restaurants in the area. The kids made the most of the pool and basketball game and they loved the bunk beds. The adults enjoyed just being able to be together with plenty of room in the common spaces and outside to sit down and just relax. Overall a great place to stay and would recommend to others.

Good, not great

We rented this house to celebrate my graduation with friends and family. The house has an open floor plan that was perfect for hosting, and it has lots of sleeping options for out of town family. Our only complaint was that the house wasn’t ready when we arrived for checkin. (Check in was scheduled for 4pm. We arrived at 4:05pm.) There was trash scattered across the front lawn, and the cleaning crew only had about half of the house cleaned. The cleaning crew was very sweet, and they allowed us to sit in the living room while they worked to clean the rest of the home. I immediately notified the host of this issue, and he was very responsive and apologetic. However, it was over an hour and a half before the cleaning crew left. In the process of cleaning, they ran out of trash bags for the kitchen, and we were informed that a maintenance man would come by the house that evening to pick up the trash in the front yard and provide us with the needed trash bags. At some point in the evening, the trash was picked up outside the home, but we never received the trash bags. Although the host was responsive, we were disappointed with the quality of service provided to us, and the host failed to follow through on a basic request.
