“This house is the reason you choose vrbo over hotels. From the minute I booked it the owners were super friendly in their communication and made staying at their property easy and welcoming. Not only did it feel really clean, but the owners thought of so many ways to make the stay great for their guests. There were little snacks in jars, coffee and creamer, plenty of soap (not just the little hotel bottles, but large refillable ones so you can wash yourself properly), and they weren't stingy on...

“We were looking for a place for the family to stay while in town for our daughters college graduation. The size and location allowed us to easily get to the college and not have to worry about where the family would stay. If traveling with a medium to large group, I'd recommend this house.”

“This house was perfect. We were in town for a softball tournament in Newberry. We were 20 minutes from the fields and the drive was very easy. Big plus, the kitchen was fully stocked with cookware and dishes!! Feeding ball players after all day play is a plus!!”

“My family all met in Gainesville for an extended long weekend in March and this house was perfect for home base. All the beds were extremely comfortable, the place was clean and easy to find. We enjoyed going to local parks, UF, restaurants (satchels pizza) all nearby. The pool was huge and great for the kids (a bit too cold for us adults)! Would definitely return again!”

“The location is great! It is convenient to UF campus, restaurants, and shopping while being in a quiet neighborhood. We brought our dog and he loved the large, fenced-in backyard. My husband walked him early each morning and the neighbors stopped to chat - so nice! The house has everything you need for cooking - even the grill was in great shape which isn't always the case at rental units. The beds were comfy, the a/c amazingly cold :-), and there was a large water heater so no one took cold...

“Everything about the property was great except the fact that no one could watch TV because the internet was out. Not the host fault but did make for a boring stay while we were there. Aside from that we had absolutely no complaints! It was a beautiful house!”

“We loved staying the house. Kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. All rooms are clean. Quite neighborhood but there is a neighbor who walks Rottweiler dog without leash. And their dog is not on leash so we could not walk our dog. Very beautiful place and absolutely enjoyed our stay.”

“The town house was clean, and had most of what we needed. We were there for two weeks. The area is very run down, and the neighbors are very loud and there was something fishy going on next door. Not the owner’s fault.”

Perfect place to celebrate a celebrate a special occasion close to campus. Communication with the host was especially good - he helped us out and made the stay special. Highly recommended.”

“I liked the fact that it was really clean and had its own wash machine and dryer and dishes and vacuum and a broom and shampoo and conditioner dryers. It’s very convenient to a lot of places. I am definitely coming back and staying there. The response time was very quick.”
