Great location, layout, kitchen. Washer dryer and dishwasher. Nice patio. Especially loved the layout with one bedroom downstairs and one up, and both bathrooms have showers. The best part is the keyless entry and exit - made things super easy and safe. Superb communication too! Book it!

We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We were in town for my daughter’s graduate school interview at UF, and this place was absolutely perfect for our visit.The host was incredibly friendly and communicative leading up to our stay, and both check-in and check-out were completely seamless. The instructions were clear, specific, and very much appreciated, it made everything stress-free.The accommodations were spotless and comfortable. The couch and beds were very comfy, the location felt safe, private, and quiet, and it was exactly what we needed after a long travel day. The kitchen was well equipped, appliances newer and fully functioning and there were plenty of towels and extra linens available, including cozy blankets which was a nice touch as we stayed during unexpectedly frigid (for Florida!) weather.We truly felt at home during our stay and would absolutely book here again. Highly recommend!

Home had all the essentials and we really were not staying there too long so it met all our needs. Could use an upgrade in beds (my husband and I shared a bed and kept rolling into the middle) and towels (small and very rough).

Clean, great location.

This is a 2 bedroom, loft near Spurriers. It is a great location in a quiet area right off of I-75. It is pet friendly with a gated patio. 2 parking spaces. Super clean and modern. 2nd bedroom upstairs is a loft , wich is cozy but not private. It has 2 bathrooms and stocked with supplies. Washer and dryer. It has 2 full size beds, both with trundle pull out. Could sleep 6 comfortably. Wawa , Starbucks and Walmart nearby.

Our stay at Modern Comfort, was an awesome choice for a daycation to enjoy the UF festivities. Cute, charming, and clean. Easy access to campus, shopping, and restaurants. Overall, we are pleased with our stay.

Miami baseball weekend

This is the second time staying at this property for a Florida baseball weekend and once again it proved to suit all our family’s needs. It is conveniently located right off the interstate, within walking distance of a Starbucks (clutch for the wife). It is also close to plenty of dining and shopping options and only five or ten minutes from the stadium. All the stay check in and out information was on promptly provided and the house itself checked all the boxes. Kudos on the really soft pillows. Thank you!Matt

Lifesaver for first time VRBO user

The property is a town house with a lot of space if traveling with family or pet. My brother ended up at U of Florida Shands hospital. I had been traveling with my dog and this was perfect for me. Complete kitchen which saved me from eating out all the time. I think this property would be good for a family as there is plenty of sleeping space. Sprting events or hospital stays. Easy access to 75. Plenty of shopping,restaurants Good areas to walk dog .Communication was great with quick response. Knowing the weather was worsening (snow/ice predicted)I was offered a reduced charge to stay an additional night. Very helpful and I did..

Pleasant townhome / condo.

Nice area. Nice neighbors. Well furnished place. I did give a perfect review but I’d recommend to the host that they get new beds. Both parties agreed the beds weren’t very comfortable and after a week of staying there I was happy to be back in a comfy bed. They weren’t awful, they just weren’t very good. Other than that, lovely place. I’d live there if I could, and just swap out the mattresses!

Fantastic!

Very, very clean with comfortable beds and I loved the sheets!👍 Property manager was very accommodating and friendly, she made sure we were satisfied with everything in the unit. Location is great, close to shopping, restaurants and the main interstate. I highly recommend this place and won't hesitate to request it again for a stay. 5 stars 😊

Opening Weekend

We came down for opening weekend and the baseball part, well they lost the first game and it NEVER stopped raining afterwards. So there were no more games. But the family still enjoyed our stay at this house, as it was conveniently located right off of the interstate, on the less busy side of Archer Road. The neighborhood is small and quiet, and the house had everything we needed. Yenni always does a great job setting things up and we appreciate the hospitality. Thank you!
