We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house! It was clean, well-maintained, and beautifully decorated. The location was ideal for our trip to tour the University of Florida. We loved the neighborhood and appreciated the convenience of having everything we needed close by. The house exceeded our expectations, and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Peaceful getaway in a perfect location

This property was absolutely perfect for our stay. It was spotless when we arrived, and honestly, it looked even better in person than in the listing—my oldest daughter described it as “so aesthetic!” It felt just like home: very comfortable, fully equipped with everything we needed, and totally private. We were in town for my daughter’s swim camp at the University of Florida, and the location couldn’t have been better. Everything was close by, the neighborhood was super quiet and felt very safe. We even had a few Amazon packages delivered during our stay, and they arrived right at our doorstep without any issues. The host was extremely friendly and helpful, responded quickly to our messages, and provided clear check-in instructions. The whole process was seamless. We had such a great experience that we’d definitely stay here again next time we’re in town. Highly recommended!

Perfect UF Parent Getaway

The property was perfect for my UF student’s rehabilitation from knee surgery. The home was comfortable, modern, and quiet, allowing for my husband and pup to visit us over the weekend. Location is perfect to UF, shopping, and dog parks. Would recommend to anyone!!

Perfect hotel alternative

Very comfortable. Great to have so much room instead of a hotel. Nice touches with coffee, creamer etc. Even popcorn! Nice beds and linens. Close to Archer and UF campus. Very convenient. Host was very easy to reach and accomodated a late checkout too!

We were very pleased with this unit and the property owner was very courteous and responsive. Our oldest son just moved to Gainesville to start a PhD program and we will DEFINiTELY be booking this unit again when we come visit. Highly recommend!

Nice place to stay with pets

I stayed here with my two pups while I moved my daughter in for the summer to her new apartment. Centrally located, cute backyard, very nice decor, and very comfortable. Would stay here again.

Auburn vs UF Game

We drove up from Tampa to watch the Auburn vs UF game with our 2 children. Kate was an excellent host! She provided all the necessary check-in information and asked if we had any additional questions. Her communication was superb, Kate continued to check-in and asked if we needed anything. The home was very cozy, clean and had everything you and your family might need. Location to campus and Archer Rd was very convenient. Overall, it served as a great spot to attend a sporting event. Thanks, Kate!
