The communication of the property manager was excellent, and the house was clean. The only real complaint is that the listing included a Smart TV, which would imply the ability to connect to the Internet and use streaming services. The TV was too old to dowload or use any of today's apps/services (Netflix, Prime, DirecTV, YouTubeTV, ESPN, etc), so didn't serve our purposes at all. If that's remedied, then the place would be fine.

Gainesville Graduation Trip

This property was absolutely perfect for our night in Gainesville. All 6 of us fit very comfortably, the place was cozy, good location, and Carlos was very communicative and helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely stay again!

Good for the money

We needed an affordable place to stay for my wife’s graduation. Very grateful for this property. The house is ok with animals and there is definitely an underlying pet smell. The house was pretty clean. I have super high standards. The main bathroom door is too small for the jam and won’t latch bc of this. There is also about a 1/2 in gap. So you can technically see the person in the bathroom if you are looking. It is an odd layout. The “master” bedroom is tiny. And has a full/queen bed. But the ac worked great! The host was nice but I had to ask for check in and out instructions. Also, can’t access the backyard from inside the house. You have to go out then unlock a back gate. No instructions were left about this so had to message host. There was only 1 towel each. Only tv is in the living room and couldn’t get it to work. There were ants in the living room/ front door area. Messaged host about it. Didn’t hear back at all. Overall I think most people would be happy there. Especially if you have a pet. Super close to college and shops and restaurants!

There’s Crying in Baseball

The family and I were in town for the Georgia baseball weekend and well, that was ugly. And I’m not talking about certain fans behavior. On the bright side, the property manager Carlos was accommodating and a breeze to work with. Thank you! The property was tucked in at the end of a quiet street and satisfied all our needs, though I will echo another comment about the living room furniture being a bit lacking (perhaps due to space). The bedrooms and beds were great and the backyard was nice for our pups. We will be back in a few weeks for another baseball weekend if you want to know what our recommendation is! Matt

Enjoyed our stay. Had a slight glitch getting the lock box open. House was clean. Could have used more living room furnishings, given it it a 3 bedroom house. There was no paved parking, which with the rain might have been an issue for our 2 motorcycles. Overall Carlos is a very responsive host. We will use his properties when we come back next year.

Carlos moved us to this house after our first house lost power when we evacuated for hurricane helene. The house was very nice and clean and a nice quiet neighborhood. Carlos is quick to respond with any needs or questions and makes the whole process simple.

Great stay

Carlos was a great host and the house was perfect. It's nicely updated, clean, and quiet! We felt very safe in the neighborhood and didn't have any issues during our stay. The only thing I'd recommend for filuture would be a super small dresser or shelving in each closet so we could unpack a little easier. But that wouldn't deter us from staying again bc he had enough hangers to hang EVERYTHING we had so it all worked out. Great amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the bathrooms, and Kcups and a few drinks in the fridge! He also had ice made for us (can't tell you how many places we've stayed that don't think if that!).
