Weekend trip

Great location in Gainesville. Close to Publix and fresh market. Flying Biscuit for breakfast was nice too. Enjoyed the living room set up and dining. Beautiful trees in the neighborhood too.

We stayed here in order to attend my son’s graduation. It was a perfect location and great for our family. We were very pleased with the manager’s communication, as well as the size and cleanliness of the house.

Softball Tournament

The house was very clean and smelled wonderful. The beds were comfortable and there was enough space to enjoy and not be on top of someone. Overall very happy with the stay and will return again if we are in the area.

Comfortable and Spacious

The layout of the home is great. The neighborhood is quite and location is excellent! I highly recommend this house and plan on renting the next time we are in town. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable!

What a great stay!

Jeffrey was extremely helpful, the house was cute, well stocked and very comfortable. The 2 family rooms were great too. We enjoyed the fire pit in the evenings and the beds were extremely comfortable. Location to everything was perfect. Would definitely rent there again.

Comfortable house in quiet neighborhood

The house was clean, comfortable. We liked the area, our dog was delighted with the little park nearby. All in all a very pleasant stay in the heart of Gainesville. The host was very attentive and helped to guide us along.

Great location, close to campus and quiet

We stayed here to visit out daughter and it was a perfect spot. Easy to get from this area of town to campus or downtown without dealing with a ton of Gainesville traffic. House was very comfortable. Only wish they had a grill!

Perfect accommodation!

This property was fantastic. It was very clean with a great back yard for our puppies. The location was more than ideal. We had prompt and easy communication with the owner, and highly recommended this home. We would definitely choose this place again if the opportunity presented itself.

Great place

This was my first time ever doing a Vrbo reservation, everything went smoothly. The house was just as pictured in the images and the host communicated everything clearly as well as a list of things for us on a paper by the door. The backyard was large and my kids loved playing in it

Awesome graduation experience

Needed a base of operations for family to attend my daughter’s graduation and move out of her house. This was a perfect location with plenty of room for everyone. Such a nice touch to be greeted with a “congrats grad” sign!

Great home for our weekend visiting our Gator.

The home looks just like in the pictures. Safe, quiet, clean neighborhood close to restaurants and grocery store. The home was very clean with several spaces where to hang out. The beds and furniture were comfortable. Communication with property manager was easy and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Place!

Great place to stay if you have kids, dogs, more than one couple staying. Two living areas. Huge fenced backyard. We will return in the fall!
