House and property are just as pictured, fabulous! Great double decker dock for sunbathing, relaxing, fishing, & swimming. Loved the gently sloped embankment, allowing for an easy walk in & out of water (both humans & dogs :)). Fire Pit included an amazing amount of wood & nicely positioned in the yard to enjoy water views as well as be close to the house for more marshmallows. Quiet street, secluded cove, private oasis. Deck is well furnished to enjoy coffee, dinner & drinks with great lake views. Home was very clean, well-organized, stocked & had everything we needed. The kids really enjoyed their private walkout downstairs bedroom with kitchenette. Host had excellent communications the entire time. Highly recommend.

Awesome House

Loved our stay at this house! It was just me, two friends and my dogs and we all had the best time. The house was very comfortable with plenty of room. I loved the easy access to the lake. The beds were comfortable, the furniture was nice and the house was fully stocked with everything you would need. The location was convenient to stores. We rented a boat while we were there which was so much fun!! We also enjoyed the kayak and SUP provided. I would highly recommend this house!

The Harris’ and Sheffield family.

My best friend’s daughter and her family flew in from Kansas. Her little ones 6 and 4 were in awe from the very start. Then my brother showed up in his boat and offered a ride to explore the lake by water. You should have seen the excitement on their faces. The follow day they learned how to stay on a tube and then water skiing. So, many first for the kids. Their final day was spent at lake Lanier island waterpark. Fantastic long weekend in a fabulous lake house. Beautiful setting, huge house and great dock with easy walk. My 87 year mother even came up for the day and hung out on the dock with us. Tera the house manger was wonderful. I had two silly questions which she responded immediately. I highly recommend this home

Spring break

Daughters family stayed with me. We hiked in several state parks and ate in nice restaurants, also fished off the dock and made s’mores in the fire pit. We called it ‘a reset’ after a stressful year.

Perfect gateway

Perfect stay had trouble trying to leave my wife locked her keys in her car and the host was very awesome and even had numbers to a lock smith.

Relaxing Birthday

This property was awesome. We were looking for a place to relax for the weekend. The only thing we noticed was that there was box tape on the walls. Seems that there was a party by a previous renter. It was in plain sight so it could have been cleaned up. Otherwise, it was perfect!

Just as described

We had a wonderful time! The house was just as described. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for all of us. The kitchen had everything we needed, with the exception of the toaster that did not work. This property is a great location for a restful and fun getaway.

Great home away from home

Beautiful setting on Lake Lanier in a quiet neighborhood. The house was perfect for us with lots of outdoor space. Would definitely stay here again if in the area. Tera is a great host!

I cannot say enough positive things about our stay. This home is so much more than its' description. Peaceful with so many amenities, beautiful home, clean and the owners are gracious and attentive. This was such a wonderful experience!

Beautiful Lake Property

Had a large group that this house fit us perfectly. Fantastic lake access for swimming which was our main vacation goal. Quiet and close to grocery store and pizza. Long driveway for parking for multiple cars but just steep at the very end.
