So generous and welcoming, including us in their festivities for New Year and preparing special Sri Lankan afternoon tea treats for us. Our attic room and sitting room were upstairs. Okay, so someone had stolen the TV (joking; there isn’t one in the room, but there is fast, free wifi), but if you want to be in the centre of the Galle Fort action, I reckon few properties can beat this one!”

“This is a gem of a place - outstanding service, very clean room and bathroom. The room is small but very comfortable. Nice touch that they had turned on the AC well before my arrival, so the room was cool. The breakfast was exceptional with a variety of options, to include tasty local fruits. And the price was unbeatable for what I received in return. I wished I had time to stay another night- alas, this was not within my travel itinerary. ”
