Weekend Getaway

This is the perfect location for a quiet weekend getaway. The condo was clean and the bed was comfy. We will stay here again.

Short stay.

My stay was great. I booked and paid for over 2 weeks. When my stay was cut short for family reasons. I had to cancel. When I ask the property owner if I could get a partial refund due to circumstances. I was told no and was cut off from communication. No on cares for one another now days. Only business. Be careful when booking. Don’t get burned like I did. Other than the owner being rude. The place was quiet and well situated

Not Bad but Not What Was Perceived To Be

Plenty to mention but overall was not bad but not what it was perceived to be! The facility shows up as a condo- it's an Apartment. We spoke to several locals of other ladies and other couple staying/living on the facility & all verified several things we were informed as incorrect. The gate code to the pool from the "guidebook" was incorrect and thankfully one of the ladies gave us the correct one. I have pictures of other things wrong too; First floor balcony did not lock, toilet paper holder in bathroom was coming apart from wall (picture was taken upon check in so we were not blamed), temperature never went down to what it was set at & always warmer, we physically watched it go back up on it's own w/o us touching it, and there was mold (also have a picture) on the bed covering on the mattress in the couch that folded to a bed. The fresh sheet was still in the cabinet in living room- was not and had not been changed or cleaned thoroughly. The overall apartment was a lot smaller than the let on from the listing. Simply too small for a family of four. We did and had plenty of proof to back up all of the mentioned items and we complied with every letter to the agreement in the "guidebooks" that was required. I took pictures of the pool passes in their original location as described and sent proof in a text message as well has the ever climbing temperature control back to the 75 we found it at & stated in the "guidebook." Updates are needed!

Communication was great, we stayed here due to a beach soccer tournament for our children, so we mainly slept here and that is it. We did see water bugs, but it is close to the coast so I assume this is normal, it did not bother us. Clean and worked for our needs.

Left early - not a “condo”

This is not a “condo”. It’s an old open apartment complex they’ve renamed as a condo. For my young family we did not feel safe. On top of that, Floodlights poured into windows in the bedroom and where the pull out couch was, and the bed felt like it would break every time you dare shift around so sleeping was awful. We left after one night. Read the fine print. I tried to cancel WITHIN 12 HOURS of booking because of a mistake, and the owner refused.

Great Stay

Our family of 4 stay at Cozy Cove was great. The condo was just as described and provided us a comfortable stay. The kitchen, full refrigerator, and kitchen supplies worked out perfectly. Due to weather, we didn't get to enjoy the pool or sun deck, but looked nice. Location was great, right off of seawall rd and peaceful. Will stay again next time in Galveston.

Overall enjoyed our stay here at the condo. It was perfect for my family of four. Stacy was awesome help to us when we needed her. She would answer and respond quickly with an answer. Would stay here again.

Smooth simple process

We had a short staycation over the weekend and everything was smooth. The people at the main desk who watch over the pool were a little over the top telling our kids to not jump in the pool. But as far as getting in the beach house and the room everything was hassle free and clean

A week away in Galveston

I really enjoyed the property. We had a great time there. The only issue was the stairs for me since I have a 1.5 year old. He kept trying to climb up and down the stairs which was dangerous so if you’ve got small children keep that in mind. It’s not right off the beach so there’s not a whole lot of traffic, but it’s still very close to it. Parking might be an issue since there are not many spots available. The pool area was great, just make sure you get the code to enter because it won’t be the code on your pool passes. Stacy was great help to me and would answer pretty quickly! Overall it’s a great location, we will definitely be back soon.
