Great family condo

Took my teenage son and his friends to Galveston for the weekend. The condo was very clean and comfortable for 10 people. The community was calm and relaxing. Pablo the owner was very responsible and easy to communicate with. Recommend this property to anyone.

Lovely condo on the best part of the island. We really enjoyed lunch by the pool at the beach club. Clean, comfortable with great views of the bay. Pablo was extremely accommodating!

the pool and Beach access are across the road also downtown is 20 min out . The dryer didn’t work properly and the floors were dirty only swifer mop Besides that it’s great space a lot of mosquitoes everywhere wear your repellents

Always a joy staying at Pointe West

We enjoyed this property at Pointe West. The property owner was very responsive. We try to stay at a different one every time we go for the last few years. This one is the most spacious one that we’ve stayed at. I I noticed there was also extra mattresses and linens that we didn’t need so it could comfortably sleep nine or 10 people. Great washer and dryer. We also enjoyed the sunset from the patio and the wonderful patio table. The kitchen was fully equipped. There was enough paper products to last us for three days. The only drawback that I had was there was no curtain over the patio door in the bedroom, and there was a problem with me, closing the trash lid in the kitchen, but that could’ve been me. Overall a great stay!

Would not recommend 😕

They tried to change extra money to use the pool and restaurant . We were told that you had to buy wrist band's witch is a scam. When that didn't work out for them they tried to make a false clame to Verbo for 250 but Verbo fixed it. Wouldn't stay here again but would definitely Use Verbo again.

Beach Condo Thanksgiving

We had a work detail time in this beautiful, spacious, and well- maintained condo. The kitchen is perfectly set up for all our cooking, and the living room for family time! Comfy beds! Big balcony. The cable did go out (from the heavy winds).

Nice condo!

We enjoyed our stay at the condo! Although we wished it was closer to the pool/beach area we had a great time! Our kids had a blast fishing at the pond and having access to the elevator was a life saver. Owner was very quick to respond and resolve issues. Definitely made memories to last a lifetime!

Great Space for Family

The condo is very spacious and very homey. This vibe was exactly what I wanted for my children and parents on a week getaway vs a hotel. The host is very responsive. The condo was clean and easy to access. I loved the balcony. I could have sat on the patio the whole time. It’s in a remote location so prepare everything you need before getting there to avoid any need to “run to the store.” We actually enjoyed the location. I do wish they kept a vacuum for all the sand, but that may be why they don’t. There are no car washes nearby so bring some glass cleaner and paper towels to wipe your car windows.

Very disapointed

We booked this rental with the assumption the pool was INCLUDED in the stay since that is what the listing clearly stated. It wasnt until the day we checked in we received another invoice for $250 JUST to use the pool. Very very very disappointed. Would not recommend

Nice Property

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was very nice and in a great location. The views from the balcony were beautiful! We enjoyed having breakfast out there every morning. The one thing we were a little disappointed with was the fact that we had to pay extra to get access to the pools. I don't remember seeing anything about that before booking, and the way all the pool pictures are advertised for this property it makes it seem like that's included. Other than that I would recommend this property and stay again.

Long walk to the beach.

For the most part we enjoyed our time here. I was with my family, which consist of 4 kids, 10 months-13 yrs, as well as my older parents (76&77). The biggest down fall for us was that we felt like it was a little misleading on how close the beach was and accessing it. It stated a 8-10 minute walk. We are used to walking and kept a pretty fast pace and it took us a full 20 minutes from leaving the condo to get to the beach. As far as the condo goes it was very nice, however we never were able to access live TV in the living room or one bedroom. We were freezing cold the first night, but did finally get the access code to adjust the a/c ourselves. I would recommend the owner invest in a new set of knives. We couldn't even cut through the plastic on the bacon packaging, much less cut through our watermelon. Definitely the dullest knives I've ever used. Overall the place was great! Very clean, plenty of room and the amenities were awesome! My kids loved the lazy river! The area was nice and quite and even over the 4th of Jily holiday the beach was not crazy busy like down on the Seawall.

Enjoyed our stay

We came for a weekend trip with our family. We have three kids 3 and under so the easy access to the beach club and all their amenities made it easy for us to enjoy our time. The condo was nice and perfect for our group.

Perfect Getaway

We visited Galveston for a long weekend with family friends and had the best time. The condo was spacious and had everything we needed. The patio was big enough for us all to sit and enjoy. The temperature inside was nice and cool. The only surprise was that we didn't realize that we were not right on the beach. It turned out to be perfect though because we we rented a golf cart for the weekend and used it to get it to the different pools and right up onto the beach. Being on this end of the resort was nice and quiet, we hardly ran into anyone on the stairs or the elevator. Thank you for the great weekend. We would recommend this to others.

Family Getaway

The condo was very nice and clean. The main pool area and restaurant were nice amenities. The biggest draw back - which was out of the control of the condo owner - was that the company that on site to set-up umbrellas on the beach was closed. We did use a rental company - Rick's. They were amazing and also rent golf carts.

Few Issues -- Spacious and Comfy

We really enjoyed our stay. There were a couple issues that were beyond the control of the owner. First the elevator was put of commission. Secondly, the fire alarm went off one night at 1:30 am. Pablo was great in his responses and communication. The pool area was very nice. We would come back again!

Wonderful winter getaway

We were looking for a relaxing week and surely got it here. I got great sunrise and sunset photos everyday. The condo was luxurious and had everything we needed to kick our feet up and relax indoor and out, even a pot big enough to boil the crabs we got. The location is perfect if you're looking for a bit of quiet. Already trying to find a time to return.
