No Beach Towels!!! One of the main reasons that someone would stay here is due to the amazing pool and lazy river - with the beach just a short walk away. Why would the property not provide beach towels? When I reached out to the host, they said they if beach towels aren't listed, then they aren't provided. So, I guess the listing was acurate since they weren't listed, but why wouldn't be? We paid over 500night, there should be plenty of profit to buy 6 beach towels.On top of that, one of the beds looked like the sheets hadn't been properly laundered prior to our arrival, as there was hair and debris in the sheets. We ended up washing them prior to using them. They did send out a packet of fresh sheets the next day when we called them on it. Furthermore, it felt like the theme of the amenities as "as cheap as possible". The sheets felt like they were the thinest and cheapest option you could find, the "free roll" of toilet paper was terrible, there was no hand soap to wash hands, and tiny bottles of shampoo and conditioner. There was only 1 towle per person provided as well, so you either used it wet or had to launder it. The place itself and the furniture were nice. The view was great and the pools were fun. With some more attention to guest comfort it could have been wonderful. At the price charged, this could easily be corrected if the focus was a bit more on guest experience than profit.
