First property was no deep clean, owner stuff was at the balcony with no organization,We found trash between the beds sheets, not enough towels But the worst experience was the check out, we were taking our luggage’s to the car to leave, and we forgot my purse ( with wallet driver licenses and credit cards inside the bedroom) and the passcode expired so we got no access, we stated using the chat to get a temp password to Tia my bag out, and it still time that the owner has not responded, we tried everything we called vrbo customer service 3 times and no one was able to reach the owner, we went to the front desk they tried to reach him as well and never never responded yo can see my chat history and he never replied , this type of experience is unacceptable I would like to request a partial refund of my rate , we never got any support at any level
