We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was nice, extremely clean, and had everything we needed for our family of four. It was especially convenient having a washer and dryer in the unit.The rental company’s responsiveness was outstanding. When we noticed there was no umbrella for the balcony (which made it almost unbearable to sit outside during the midday summer heat), I sent them a message. Within two hours, they responded saying they were not only getting an umbrella, but also having it installed the same day. That kind of service is almost unheard of these days—truly impressive!A couple of small critiques: during our stay, the elevators weren’t working, and since we were on the third floor without direct elevator access, we still had to use stairs to reach the front door. Also, the master bed mattress wasn’t the most comfortable.Overall, a great condo with excellent customer service

Horrible !!stay away

This was by far the worst rental experience I have ever had. The reservation stated I needed to stop by the office before heading to the rental to pay for parking and pick up my keys. I arrived exactly at 3:00 PM, but the office was closed. I called the number posted on their office door—which even mentioned the property name in the voicemail—and left a message as instructed.There was a code provided to pay for parking, so I went ahead and did that. Then I went to check the rental itself. The moment I walked in, I was hit with a strong smell of weed, the place was unbearably hot, and I saw a roach on counter .I searched for the air conditioning control but couldn’t find one. I called again. straight to voicemail.I couldn’t stay there. I left within 5–10 minutes and requested a refund, but they refused, claiming I had “called the wrong number.” That’s simply not true. I used the exact number posted on their own office door.The property looks nothing like the photos on the website—it’s run-down, filthy, and in poor condition. I spent about a thousand dollars, including parking, for a place I couldn’t even use for more than a few minutes.Do yourself a favor: stay far away from this place.

Deceiving Listing

These listed pictures really oversell this place. The “resort” property is in need of many repairs and is pretty old. Pool is nice, but otherwise needs lots of updates & TLC. There was only one elevator, and it was always busy. The photos of this condo were much nicer than the actual condo. The beds were not comfortable. Pantry was full of junk like paint, empty bottles of cleaning products. Etc - messy. The beach access was across a busy street with no pedestrian crossing, AND the beach was covered in giant holders. We always had to drive to a more usable beach. Will not return.

Wonderful and relaxing.

Very clean and well kept. A quick 5 min drive will get you down to all the great restaurants. Amazing view of the pool from the balcony especially at night when the pool is all lit up. Great bedroom and bathroom set up. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay! The unit was very nice, clean, and well stocked with everything we needed. There was plenty of space for our group of six, and everyone felt comfortable. The view from the balcony was absolutely beautiful, and we really enjoyed spending time out there. The pool was also a big hit—refreshing and fun for all ages!A couple of minor things to note for future guests: when we first walked into the unit, there was a slight musty smell near the entrance, but it faded quickly once we got past the dining area. Also, the rain shower feature didn’t seem to work—possibly due to some calcium buildup—but the regular showerhead worked fine, so it wasn’t a major issue.Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this place to others!

Galveston 2024

There was a tropical storm and a hurricane before we got there so the exterior was a bit rough! But our apartment looked exactly as promised and we spent a very very happy week there. It rained a lot but it didn’t really keep us from what we wanted to do. But next time we would like you to bring more sun! Haha! Just kiddingly

Very nice property

We were in town for a 4 day baseball tournament, this was a great central location. The property is beautiful and very well maintained. Pools are good size and plenty of loungers. There is no way to access this condo without stairs. Bathrooms are also both upstairs, not an issue for us. Even though we had neighbors on either side, it was still quiet. Plenty of seating, inside and out, dishes, linens, paper products, etc. My only suggestions would be to maybe supply beach towels, replace skillets and add blackout curtains to the bedrooms. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location and best view! Only downside is that you must take stairs to reach unit and bedrooms, also the closest elevator was messed up during our stay.
