Adorable Condo

Hello Relaxation is an adorable condo with great amenities at the property. The condo itself has been beautifully updated and decorated, and was well-stocked with everything we needed. The only negative was that it is tiny. I knew that going into it when I saw the square footage, but in reality it was difficult with all of our stuff. For example, there is no dresser, so we had to live out of our bags, which would be fine, except there was hardly enough room to even open my bag all the way. We made it work, though, and enjoyed our time here! I would definitely book again, I would just know to pack less :)

Great Condo, great price

We had a great time. The condo is nice and clean but doesn’t come with much supplies, so I would recommend that you bring extra things with you like toilet paper and paper towels. The management company that rents the unit is very up front about what is included and the communication with them was quick and efficient. My family and I will definitely come back.

Great location and wonderful for little kids

We really enjoyed our stay and our kids loved the pools and easy beach access. The location is away from the hustle and bustle of Galveston’s seawall, making it nice and quiet, but not so far that you can’t easy get to all the amenities. We would definitely stay again!

Short and not sweet

The condo was not stocked when we arrived. With 4 kids it became very frustrating constantly asking for starter items when a reply would come in an hour or later. We were missing a blanket, pillows, detergent, trash bags, toilet paper. The place didn’t have enough plates, no tupper ware or ziplock bags. The mosquitos were like nothing I had ever encountered. Our entire family was bitten multiple times every day. The walls are extremely thin and the people upstairs were stomping around until 3am both nights. The man above us was spitting over the balcony, emptied his cooler from up there with everything falling onto our balcony. We will not return.

Last Summer Getaway

Great location…out of the chaos of the seawall with a lot of things to do nearby. Beach in very close proximity and many pools to choose from at the condo. Condo was clean and had everything we needed from bath & beach towels, coffee maker to washer & dryer. The pullout couch mattress was very thin, but was okay for our teenagers. Overall a fun trip, great location, and condo had everything we needed making our trip easy and convenient when packing. Would come again for sure!

Great Location & Clean Condo

The property location was wonderful. It’s so close to everything & we didn’t have to drive around to do fun stuff! The condo was clean & perfect for the 4 of us who stayed. The construction going on didn’t really bother us. The overall building needs some updating but for the price it wasn’t bad & they are doing renovations. We would stay here again!

Great location, outdated property

The condo was perfect, clean, updated. There were no travel soaps in the bathroom, we've never stayed at a VRBO that didn't have complimentary soaps/shampoos /etc. The check in advertises drive through check in, however, the employee parks in the drive they, so that's not really an option. Check out was easy, but all the trash bags ripped as you tried to open them, so taking the trash down required many trips and a fairly big disaster in the kitchen. This was our first trip to Galveston and our kids LOVED it. We'll be back

The condo unit was in good condition however the building is very old and in need of repairs.

We to several of the other guests staying in other units. A couple of them said that they had to sign a waiver that they would not go out on or use the balcony from their unit. The use of the elevators are a 50/50 chance of them operating. The main pool area is old and needs upkeep as well. Our stay was pleasant until the band kicked up at the motel next door. The music was so loud and the base was so strong everyone at the pool area had no choice but to listen to that music, whether you liked it or not. They played from 2:00 in the afternoon till 11:30 p.m. I think we should have been notified that that was going to be going on next door. We later found out that it was going to continue on Sunday as well.

Family spot for pool fun!

This was a great condo space for our family of 5. Condo was clean & spacious enough. Pools were tons of fun, easy access to beach, go karts, mini golf & more. Great place to bring the family. Would definitely come back!

Loved the location right next to the cinema center, mini golf and of course …right across from the ocean. The property it self is under renovations which are badly needed. The unit does resemble the photos on VRBO but the furniture is worn …... couch needs to be replaced as is very dirty, paint touch ups are needed and patio tables are rusted and wobbly. Cleanliness was an issue when we arrived. We had to do quite a bit of cleaning ourselves before settling in. Fridge and microwave hadn’t been cleaned at all from previous tenants. Host was very nice and offered to send cleaners in again etc. Overall our experience was good as beds were comfortable, nice views and offered everything you could want for an extended stay….ie: chairs to take to the beach,, laundry facilities, extra blankets, cookware etc. We would stay again if the price was right.

Great condo

The condo was truly a home away from home. Everything we needed was there, minus personal items. The location is great. I loved the new dog park. I wasn’t aware of this until we got there. My chihuahua enjoyed herself. I would love to stay here again for our yearly trips.

Great place

The room was excellent. Clean and completely remodeled. Donna was quick to answer any questions. The complex could use a little work. Was missing ceiling tiles in hall ways and repainting, but again our room was fantastic. I would stay there again tomorrow. .
