THINGS TO KNOW

* All guests count towards occupancy, regardless of age.
* Guests must be at least 25 years old to rent this unit.
* Per HOA regulations, no pets are allowed at this complex.
* This unit is located on the second floor. The complex has elevators; however, Seascape will be replacing the elevators in Building 2, and they will not be available for use Nov 30-Jan 29.
* The quote you receive is the total amount due for your stay. The service fee charged includes the cleaning fees as well as the required HOA nightly surcharge so no additional payments will be owed upon arrival.
* Each unit is guaranteed one parking spot. A second is available based on first-come first-serve basis.
* There is a shared laundry room onsite with coin-operated washer/dryer.
