Hermoso condominio junto a la playa en la playa de Babe en el complejo privado Dawn.
La Asociación de Condominios Dawn ha recibido el Premio del Complejo de Condominios de Galveston para 2019.
Espectacular vista de la playa del Golfo de México y el paisaje de la piscina del amanecer desde la sala de estar, el dormitorio principal y desde el balcón del condominio.
El exuberante paisaje de Dawn y el fácil acceso a la playa proporcionan el telón de fondo perfecto para su escapada tropical. The Dawn también tiene dos hermosas piscinas, una zona de barbacoa y un increíble gimnasio.

El condominio está ubicado en el tercer piso (superior) con techos altos en la sala de estar. (Sin ascensor)

Cuenta con 2 habitaciones grandes, 2 baños completos, sala de estar grande, cocina totalmente equipada y área de comedor, todas con vista a la playa, y tiene capacidad para seis personas. (sofá cama queen en la sala)

Luminoso, luminoso y aireado, el condominio actualizado tiene un concepto abierto de sala de estar / comedor con una cocina totalmente equipada con encimeras de granito, nevera grande con máquina de hielo, cocina eléctrica, lavavajillas y horno microondas. Los huéspedes también pueden usar la lavadora / secadora grande ubicada en la gran sala de lavandería de la cocina.
Condo tiene WIFI de alta velocidad. Televisor de pantalla plana de 50 "en la sala de estar y TV en las dos habitaciones. Ventiladores de techo en todas las habitaciones.

Perfect everything

We enjoyed the property and location. We were there with our granddaughter. She was in a sand volleyball tournament on East beach. Perfect that she had her own bedroom and bathroom.

Loved this place!

We booked this for one night because we were leaving the next day to go on a cruise. I cannot say how amazing it was. Staff was all really friendly and the beach is just right across the street. The pool was absolutely stunning! We will be staying here again for a longer stay!

Beautiful Views of the Gulf!

This is a perfectly cozy beach condo located in a gated community with two pools. The check-in was easy, and the property was very clean. We'd stay here again next time we come to Galveston. The only negative is you have to pay for parking. I understand needing a tag to park there, but I think it should be a part of the stay fee.

A Last Minute Beach Trip

Amazing! This was the best condo and just a short walk to the beach! I feel so blessed we got to stay here for 5 whole days! We travel a LOT with our daughter who plays competitive soccer so we were looking so last minute when we found out we were getting a break. And this hidden gem popped up in Vrbo. The communication was absolutely the best! We would stay here again if we ever come back to that area! If you clicked on here this is a sign to book! This is the best condo I think in this little area! Because you get ocean view and pool view! Thanks for some amazing core memories for my little family!

Summer Get Away

The condo was perfect! We drove in after spend fa week in Austin for Dance Nationals. We were looking for some relaxation by ocean before heading back to MN. The condo had all the little amenities one needs to enjoy time at the ocean and relax in a clean and comfortable place. If we had a question or concern it was quickly addressed and taken care of in a professional manner. I would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a family friendly place to stay.

Excellent stay!

We loved our 2 night stay. The property was clean and beautiful, and the views were gorgeous. The pools were also very appreciated due to the super hot temps while we were there. We appreciated the walking proximity of Wal-Mart, Circle K, the beach, and several restaurants since we did not have a car during our stay (we had flown in to stay a couple nights before cruising). Thank you so much for a great time!

Excellant Stay

Host was very responsive, property was nice and exactly like the pictures. We had dinner at The Spot down the road, it was great, Walmart within walking distance. A storm had came through the area and the property lost electric overnight, so no lights or AC which made things hard to sleep but owner allowed for us to sleep in the next morning which really helped.

Wonderful condo

We had a great stay at this condo. The unit was very clean and well maintained, and we especially appreciated the two generously sized bathrooms. Our 9 year old slept on the couch bed and enjoyed it, but definitely don't count on it for a teen or adult. Our favorite part of the unit was the balcony, and we spent a lot of time out there watching the waves. The complex is nicely maintained and calm. Unfortunately it wasn't the best weather while we were there so we didn't spend much time at the pool, but it was lovely to look at. We appreciated the location too, as it was quiet but still easy to get to everything. (And there's a Walmart within walking distance.) We wish we had more time in Galveston!

Good Spot

First time to Galveston so this was a good spot even though we were off season. Unit was clean - check-in was smooth. The parking pass process was a little quirky (for late arrival). Loved the deck - nice water views - heated pool (even in Feb). Great location in Galveston. Overall, a good stay.

Clean and Inviting with a Beautiful View

Beautiful View

We loved this condo and the communication. The view was beautiful from our balcony. So calming to sit out and watch the ocean. Also, each time we sent a message we had prompt responses. This condo had everything we needed and all furniture was in very excellent shape. Nothing run down. We had everything. Loved the fact that there was soap, shampoo, conditioner, coffee, tea, sugar. Decor was beautiful. Only thing is, our stay was too short. So it looks like we will have to go back.
