The space
Conveniently located, this fully updated 825sqf 1BR/1BA one-level first-floor condo is just across the street from the beach, less then 300 feet. Close enough to everything Galveston has to offer. Guest amenities include access to 2 resort-style swimming pools (one heated) and a hot tub. Venture 3 miles to Moody Gardens and Schlitterbahn Waterpark. You can jump on the bus right in front and take the trolly downtown.

LIVING AREA

Relax in a stylish living area filled with comfortable furnishings and stylish beach-themed decor. Unwind with a movie on the TV and take advantage of the many cable channels already included. A large queen sleeper sofa and a chair seat 5 easily. Enjoy a cozy evening in front of the 3-D electric fireplace, with or without heat.

KITCHEN & DINING

Home chefs will enjoy the convenience of the modern kitchen, equipped with granite countertops and a full suite of helpful appliances and accessories -- including a Keurig coffee maker, blender, microwave, toaster, electric skillet, dishwasher, electric range, oven, etc.
At mealtime, gather around the new wooden dining table with enough seating.

BEDROOMS & BATHS

This condo sleeps up to 5 adults.

Retreat to the tranquil master suite furnished with a stately elegant and stylish comfortable soft large king size bed, an additional smart-TV, a new nice large wooden chest of drawers, and a large walk-in closet for all your beach clothes to fit. Additional pillows and bedding for the sleeper sofa can be found there too. Extra bath towels, beach towels, beach bags, beach toys, and board games for old and young are available for your use.

An en-suite bathroom is configured with a large walk-in shower. The bathroom is also accessible from the living area to assure privacy in the bedroom.

Additionally, there is a small first-aid kit, ice-back, sunscreen, lotion, and extra shampoo, conditioner and body wash bottles, and hair dryer in the bathroom. We also give out single use toiletries for your convenience.

Host will provide the starting essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap and pods. Guest may need to provide additional items after these are extinguished.

Sun Therapy is professionally cleaned after every stay with products approved by the EPA for use against COVID-19, and our custom locks offer a 100% contactless check-in experience.

Remember: the absolutely NO smoking, both inside and outside on the patio per HOA rules.

Also, a one time fee applies per stay. 1-3 days parking rate is $36.70 plus tax ($3.30) making it a flat $40.00
3 or more days parking rate is $45.88 plus tax ($4.12)making it a flat $50.00 for parking + amenities-wristband “per stay” is a required HOA fee.

EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS

Guests have access to all amenities including complimentary Wi-Fi, cable TV, an electric fireplace, and a washer/dryer combo. There’s parking available within the gated parking lot adjacent to the building with easy and quick access to the condo. A parking permit is required, by the HOA of the Dawn Condominiums, and can be purchased on-site/on-line per stay, the pass includes wristbands for amenity access such as the pools, hottub, BBQ areas.
