The location and in general the accommodations were nice. But….this next part is absolutely not acceptable. I booked this accommodation for two weeks and midway I wanted to wash the bed linens. When I removed the fitted sheet, there were two very large urine stains on the mattress cover. I ended up washing the mattress pad as well and it came out clean, meaning the mattress pad was recently soiled. Basically, someone thought it was ok to put a clean sheet on top of a badly urine soiled mattress pad for a paying guest. This is not acceptable! I would strongly suggest that the owners hire new cleaners.

This is my 5th year in a row staying in this unit. It is amazing. The view from the balcony and the comfortable balcony furniture is my favorite. I love coming here each year. I will keep coming back, love it.The only thing I will mention is that they now have a Roku TV that is mounted on the wall, but they have very few Roku apps installed, and they have it locked so that guests cannot install apps. I reached out to the rental agency and they stated they do not allow guests to add apps, which meant that I could not use my NFL Sunday Ticket on YoutubeTV. They do have a few apps like Disney, Amazon, Vudu, and SlingTV, but are missing many significant others, like YoutubeTV, Fubo, Paramount, Peacock, DirecTV Stream, MLB, NBA, etc. I would recommend that you bring your own streaming device (AppleTV, Roku, or Fire TV) if you want to be able to watch your apps. Other than this, this place is amazing and I would highly recommend it. It is on the third floor with no elevator, but completely worth the climb for the view.

The complex was well maintained and the pool area was beautiful. The unit was clean and well stocked. The king size bed and pillows were high quality and extremely comfortable. The unit has a great view of the pool and a nice view of the beach. I highly recommend this property.

Anniversary Relaxation
My husband and I loved staying at this condo and enjoyed the close proximity to the beach. We especially loved having the chairs and beach towels and boogie board ready to hang at the beach. We didn't use the umbrella or other items but would be handy as well. The wash and and dryer was a huge plus to go home with clean laundry.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The property was very nice and clean. Even though a tropical storm had recently came through, everything was in order and running at the property. We had a lovely pool view. Parking was easy as well.

Perfect location to Seawall Beach! The netting seen in the photos was no longer there when we checked in, so we did have pigeons flying in and out of that space. Wish the balcony seats were so much higher because you can't enjoy seeing the water if you sit on them. The condo itself was very clean. I loved the convenience of the washer and dryer in the condo. They had plates, coffee cups, regular cups. Only issue was the freezer. It was like they turned if off for a while but never cleaned it when they did because when we arrived, water poured out of the freezer when we opened the door. We kept paper towels underneath it in case any more came out. If you defrost your freezer/turn it off between stays you have to take the extra effort to CLEAN the ice build up. Thankfully, there was a gas station right next door to the complex so we purchased a bag of ice (I refused to eat anything that came out of that freezer). Other than that, our stay was perfect. Our stay was projected to get non-stop storm weather but Mother Nature was on our side. We were able to enjoy the beach throughout our stay as it seemed to only rain when we were done enjoying the outdoors lol. The price and location were perfect for our needs and I would stay here again. I brought my own water and coffee supplies so we had coffee from their Keurig each morning and enjoyed the local foods for our meals. I found some beach toys in the closet and it was so much fun using the boogie board! Highly recommend staying.
