* Pet Policy: Your dog is welcomed in our vacation rental. 1 dog per stay under 50lbs with a $125 non-refundable deposit.  Additional cleaning fees will apply should there be excessive pet hair in rental and/or on bedding and furniture. Please adhere to our pet policy. 
*Starting 8/18 (for an estimate of 9 weeks) the beach walkover closest to this home will be inaccessible due to repairs.
The Beach club walkover will be available.Gorgeous beachfront condo in Pointe West! VITAMIN SEA features three bedrooms and two baths, this vacation residence is the perfect place to enjoy your Pointe West vacation. It is located on the first level which allows you to easily enjoy the beautiful beachfront view from the living or dining space in this open floor plan condo. A fully stocked kitchen makes it easy to prepare a dinner and entertain guests at the same time. Our condo is just a short walk to the private Beach Club where you can take advantage of all the resort amenities.

This condo offers: a king bedroom, a second king bedroom, and a third bedroom with two bunk beds- both twin over full- making this condo ideal for couples or two small families vacationing together Sleeps 9 comfortably. 2 High-Def LED TV's, WiFi, living room nicely decorated, fully equipped kitchen, everything you need for a great vacation!
A storage locker is NOT provided with this unit.

Pointe West is a privately owned resort community on the western tip of Galveston Island, located approximately 30 minutes from The Strand & other great Galveston attractions. You will have exclusive access to our beach that is clean & groomed regularly offering you a perfect spot to relax & unwind, away from the crowds.

Pointe West Beach Club Access (Optional)
The Pointe West Beach Club is a privately owned facility offering resort-style amenities for guests who choose to purchase access. The resort fee is $25 per person (ages 4+) per stay, with a limit of three amenity bands per bedroom.

Amenities include:
* Beach Club pool and seasonally heated Bayside pool with lazy river
* Hot tubs
* Basketball and pickleball courts
* Modest game/exercise room

Access process:
* The Beach Club will send an invoice directly to you.
* After payment, wristbands can be picked up at the Beach Club Office (open daily, 9 AM–5 PM).
* The resort fee is nonrefundable; purchasing closer to your arrival is recommended.

Important information:
We manage the rental home only and do not oversee the Beach Club, its amenities, restaurant, pools, beach access, or elevators. Refunds or cancellations are not provided for closures or operational issues.

* Check in: 4 PM
* Check out: 10 AM
* Guests may enjoy the beach and Beach Club amenities before check-in and after check-out with wristband purchase.
* Condos are accessible by stairs and have one elevator per building.  If the elevator experiences an outage, you will be required to take the stairs.  Elevators should not be relied upon for guests with disabilities or other limitations. 
* Minimum age requirement: 26+
* No prom, graduation, or high school groups, even with chaperones.

CANCELLATION/CHANGE POLICY:
* 31+ Days Before Arrival — You may change your dates (but the price might change), or you may cancel for a full refund minus a $100 fee and any travel‑insurance premium you bought.
* 30 Days or Less — No refunds and no date changes, no matter the reason — including weather or unexpected events.

Travel Insurance — Offered at booking. Helps protect you from losses due to unexpected events. Important because hurricane season is June–November.
