“This property was as described and met our needs wonderfully. We were there for a family reunion nearby and had family from different states stay together at this property. The bedrooms are very large and spacious. Grateful this house is located on a hill as the river in the backyard was swollen and overflowed her banks during our stay. Overall we highly recommend this home.”

“Nice quiet and Homey The host was very tentative to our needs The only problem was you cannot flush paper in the downstairs bathroom and you need to climb the stairs at night if you need to use the toilet Overall we had a great time”

“We came for a graduation. All of our kids came. The house was perfect. Very clean, had everything we needed. A great layout to be together but separation when it was needed. The drive to the house was beautiful, as was the setting of trees. Could nit have been any better!”

“I rented the Sandhill Cottage with my husband, parents, aunt, and cousin as we visited Kentucky for the first time while taking a legacy trip. During this short trip, we were able to see where my Great, Great, Great, Great, Great Grandparents lived when they settled in Kentucky in the late 1700's and learned about my family heritage. We were even able to visit their gravesites and see the former home which still stands. While we didn't spend much time at Sandhill due to the amount of traveling...

“The farmhouse was very nice , clean , and organized . My family and I thoroughly enjoyed staying at the farm house . We stayed at the farmhouse for a fishing trip and I also had plenty of room to park my bass boat in the driveway . The owners were very helpful with the whole process and told me everything I needed and I really appreciate them helping me out .”
