Make sure to notice that the ceilings do not go all the way up to the ceiling, so the sounds of the night in other rooms are more like being in 1 large room. The listing suggests 4WD or AWD to upper parking level. I would actually recommend it for the lower parking level as well. Made it a bit hard to sleep. No TV. Parrots/fish on property / parrots are also loud. Owner warned us and offered to take them but I wasn’t clear about the situation, so I didn’t ask them to take them. My fault. 3 bedroom with interesting decor. ”
