No one answered. we had to go down the street and find another place to stay after midnight. Stopped back the next day at 9 am to find out what happened. No good result. “There were no staff on site, and the virtual checkin was rocky but I eventually got in. I seriously had my doubts, however. Room was immaculate. Bed was odd. The mattress support was like sleeping on moist sand (bed was perfectly dry, btw). There was a lot of highway noise, but I got used to it. Overall a decent place, and very well kept up.”

“room stunk (girl from desk came up and told me if she sprayed i had to leave for an hour...at 9 pm), bed was warped at head sunk in feet normal, staff rude when checking in, breakfast was low options, air conditioner did not work. Then i complained they gave me 20.00 off of 180.00. never go there. A person at the local Casino asked where i was staying, when i said Travelodge in Escanaba, they said do you like it? I said omg NO. They said its known to be the worst place in town.”
