“Our stay at Colton Point was wonderful. Our room was clean and we felt safe. The pond out back was a nice perk and we enjoyed the sunset from our paddleboards on the water! “The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The sofa bed did not have a very good mattress, so consider that when planning for extra people. Also, trying to get in the door was an experience. It took several attempts to figure out how that worked as well as how to lock it. There should be better instructions, and a reminder to hold the door tightly closed when locking or it won't engage.
