“The property is very secluded and serene. Your view is rolling green hills and sheep grazing on pasture. The school house has been renovated beautifully and is super cozy. A space that accommodates 11 people is hard to find. We were so thrilled with the house and all it had to offer.”

“For those who don't know the area, get used to egg smell of water. Thankfully, it's fine. Jist the smell. Fridge has filtered water and ice. Flys were bad this year (Aug 2026), but didn't stop us from the beautiful night sky, campfire, and absolute quietness of the space. Milky Way on point!! Look up at night! Totally worth it! Enjoy the deer roaming the acres. Enjoy the pure quiet. Linens were provided and space is perfect. We loved the kitchen, dining, living, bed spaces. Bathrooms are great....

“This house was wonderful- everything described in the listing and more. We loved the historic fireplace and the outstanding renovations to make the house comfortable. Our favorite part was that it was SO quiet! The house was very clean and beds were comfortable. We wanted to get away and enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside, and besides the occasional clop clop of an Amish horse & cart this house allowed us to do that beautifully. We enjoyed the hot tub and the proximity to Sight &Sound...
