Not horrible.One bed was very hard Had to grab a stick to get to the house spider webs everywhere Jets dont work on the tub pool table was very bad

bad , bathroom pocket door would not shut , spider webs in sky lights and under stairs , 7 pool sticks only 2 had tips on them , felt on pool table was in 3 pieces instead of being 1 piece , bed in guest room was hard and you couldn't move on it without waking your spose up. This was supposed to be our 48th anniversary, was not so good over all i would not recomend it to any one

The entire cabin smelled so bad of cigarettes and dog that me and my wife had to leave and go stay somewhere else. Instead of fixing the jacuzzi tub they just poorly blocked off the jets to make it a regular tub. Almost all the felt was worn off the pool table and there was only one usable pool stick the rest of them the tips were broke off. Every piece of furniture was worn down and nasty. I do not recommend anyone stay here

Good place to stay

Nice size cabin. Had a few minor issues, but they were handled well and quickly! The drive is up the mountain, but the view is worth it!

Do not recommend

The house is very outdated. There is dust all over the walls and vents, there was dirt along the floorboards, the bed was uncomfortable and made way too much noise when you moved at all, it sounded like there were animals crawling around in the walls and ceiling. We only cooked 1 time due to the pan having black stuff coming off of it and in our food. The driveway does not have any lights so it is very hard to find it in the dark and you almost hit the fence turning into it. The pool table is not stable and the pool sticks need replacing. Definitely not worth the money.

Stay away! Infested with mold, mice and bugs!!!

This property should not be allowed to be rented to anyone in any capacity and judging by all the bbb complaints (they will have one more) on this company neither should any of their properties. First let’s start with the terrible smell you are greeted with when you enter the front door, it’s a mixture of cigarettes, must, mildew and the fact that it hasn’t been properly cleaned or updated in ages. Second the jacuzzi tub is still not working, I was given the it’s not listed under the amenities so it doesn’t have to work excuse. The oven from the 70’s hasn’t been cleaned in years, I wouldn't advise turning it on as I’m sure the mountain of black burnt food would not smell good. And now the absolute worst thing about the property, the mold growing in the downstairs ceiling, and the mouse droppings EVERYWHERE including the beds. There was so much there is no way this happened in a day or two or even a couple weeks. There were so many mice running around in the ceiling my kids thought I was walking around upstairs when I was actually in bed. After spending my first day of vacation trying to get out of this hell, they finally offered me a condo which we reluctantly took but we should have been given another cabin or at the very least compensated with part or all of our money back. Stay away from this cabin and company spend a little more to stay at a clean, mold and rodent free cabin.

Not at all as described

Not pleasant at all. It smelled musty, was not clean, food in bed, ticks in the bed, hair from someone else in the bed, bugs, dirty paper towels on deck, over grown weeds all along drive way, drive way not maintained. I could go on and on. I would not book again. There are a lot better things laced to spend my money on than this place for sure.
