Really loved our stay! The property was close to both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg and was also secluded enough for down time. The property is also very clean and well maintained. Wonderful place for families of all ages. Thank you!

We were actually sent to the management company’s other new property. That house was “staged”- did not have any of the comforts of a home.Staged houses are “nice to look at” but not functional. Had to keep the air on even when cool outside as there were no windows to open- and not a throw blanket to be found. Basement was like an icebox!! Each bedroom had a massive TV but no mirror for dressing and one bathroom to be shared among 4 adults. There was also no where to hang clothes- the one bedroom that had a closet had no bar and of course no hangers! We had to supply toilet paper, paper towels tissues, hand soap and dishwasher detergent. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans etc.

Great Stay

My husband and I were looking for a great place to stay with all our friends for his birthday. This place was amazing! The kitchen was well stocked, the house was clean and easy to find. The host was very responsive and clear on checkout instructions. We were able to enjoy coffee on the porch with a great view! The hot tub was very large and my friends kid loved all the indoor games (pool, shuffle board,ect...). This place was a 10/10 and would defnitely stay there again!

Great Cabin

We had 3 couples stay for the weekend to celebrate our 40th birthdays. The cabin had more than enough rooms and the hot tub was nice & clean. The cabin is up in the mountains so you will have to drive through some curvy mountain roads but view was beautiful! The cabin was clean and updated and we liked the large island for seating.

Family Birthday Celebration

First time in the Gatlinburg area and was impressed with the entire experience. The location of this cabin was perfect for both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge and had fantastic views down the valley and was very spacious. Great communication with the owner and I would recommend this cabin to anyone.

Excellent views, highly suggested stay.

My Family and I stayed here Mon-Saturday morning through 4th of July. The home was exceptionally clean with the necessary amenities. The views from the back deck could not have been better, We had a small fire on the back porch, enjoyed the hot tub and with plentiful activities to do in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge we stayed busy throughout the week. Thank you to the Host for offering such a great place to stay. We had one instance where the dishwasher wasn't working, I made the owner aware and they had maintenance there within 24 hours to repair it while we were away. I left with a Bear scratch on the back of my Toyota so be sure to keep your windows closed and your doors locked to avoid those curious bears! 10/10 highly suggested place to stay!

30th Birthday Trip

We had a great experience at the cabin. The Owner Was very responsive with any questions or inquiries. Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge were beautiful cities to visit and we will definitely be trying to come back.

This cabin was amazing. We settled on this particular cabin because of the photos of the mountain views in the posting. The photos didn't do this place justice. Every view was beautiful and the cabin itself was amazing. Very clean and updated with rustic vibes. Exactly the mountain cabin we wanted. Loved every minute we spent here. Our kids had plenty of space and enjoyed it as well. Thank you for a wonderful home away from home experience.

Clean and a great location.

8 adults and 2 under 2 slept comfortably in the cabin, its in a great location, you can sneak in the back way to gatlinburg and avoid having to deal with traffic on the parkway. Views were great would definitely stay again.

Very poor communication and lack of response to issues.

The description was inaccurate. The basement bed was listed as a king but it was a queen. The fire pit provided scorched the deck. Very dangerous. We could have had a fire. The basement toilet was plugged on arrival. Called for assistance. Took over 24 hours to respond. We had finally found a plunger and took care of the issue on our own. There was no manual provided to assist with the TV or check out process. The hot tub did not maintain its temperature and the water was cloudy. After using the shower in the master bedroom, the shower drain leaked into the kitchen ceiling and the light fixtures. When this was reported, the property manager wanted to know if we overflowed the bathtub??🙄. We never even used the tub. She asked for pictures. Pictures would not show the huge wet spot on the ceiling or the dirty water all over the kitchen island, floor and light fixtures. The coffeemaker leaked all over the table And floor. We called about the leak as soon as we could the next morning but no one ever came. We checked out at 10 am and the place was rented that day at 4. I feel sorry for the next guests as they will have to deal with this on their spring break even though the owner and property manager knew of the issue. When you spend this much money on a rental, you expect better! We have rented cabins numerous times but have NEVER had this many issues. Would never rent from this owner again.
