We enjoyed our stay. We were relieved to have an elevator as this unit is on the 6th floor. Being on the top floor it had great views. We slept with the windows open every night and it was great! The company kept up with our stay the entire time and followed up after we left. We would use this company again!

Apartment was fine. Some damage Building wasn’t clean and ran down. Communication with property was really good. Distance to downtown was a little deceiving. I don’t think the distance accounts for elevation.

We enjoyed our stay here and was conveniently located close to the strip. The back stairs was great and put us center Gatlinburg vice having to walk the steep hill up and down. Would definitely stay here again. Only suggestion is if you could add a fan to the other bedroom, both for circulation and white noise. Great stay.

While it requires some walking (it's Gatlinburg, you're going to walk), the location puts it in a convenient spot to get to everything.The condo is perfect for a family of 4 (or 5).Water pressure is a bit weak, but not a major hiccup.We had a snafu upon checkin regarding the place not getting cleaned from the previous guests .i was able to call the company and they had it cleaned before we got back from dinner. To make it right, they pulled the cleaning fee. Gave 4stars on nearly everything, bc there was at least one thing against each category that could've been better, but all items were addressed or are unrealistic for the price we paid. Would definitely book this again when we come back.

Our accommodations we as advertised. We were in walking district downtown which was wonderful for the day spent at Anakeesta as for the Christmas parade. Unit was clean. And the communication with the property company was amazing. Checking in and out was effortless

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo was nice and exactly what we needed! We loved the location, very short walk to the strip. It was quiet and felt very secluded even though it was right in town. Beds were comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed, it was very clean!

A colleague/friend and I chose this condo for a recent conference, rather than staying at the conference hotel. We loved having the extra space and being able to cook dinner a couple of nights instead of going out. The condo was beautifully decorated and clean, with great views. It was nice to be able to walk into town, the steps were a very convenient shortcut. Thanks for a great stay!

The condo was as advertised, super clean, convenient, and Colonial was super great to deal with. They reached out multiple times before our trip, called to make sure we got checked in shortly after our arrival time, sent follow-up texts throughout our stay, and were super helpful when I called to ask questions and inform them of a slight maintenance issue that arose. Would definitely stay here, as well as any other property they manage.

This is a beautifully decorated condo. The kitchen has everything you could need. The beds were comfortable. The condo was very clean. The view from the balcony was gorgeous. Overall, it was a great stay & we wil definitely stay here again.
