The house was perfect for our large family weekend. We had 8 adults and 3 kids and we were very comfortable with the amount of bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen and new deck accommodated us very well to cook large meals all weekend. The property is close enough to go to Otsego lake county/state park or to town for the day.

Gorgeous! We stayed at the Beachview property for a late July family reunion. The house was the perfect central location for out-of-towners and local family members. The well appointed kitchen and dual refrigerators were perfect for coordinating group meals. The large deck and big yard (and perfect weather) provided ample space for corn hole, an evening fire, listening to the loons, and mingling. Communication with the owner was prompt and check in/check out were a breeze. Highly recommend!

The house was exactly as described and exceeded expectations. It offered plenty of space both inside and out, with activities to keep all ages entertained. The bunk beds were surprisingly comfortable, even for adults. Everything was very clean, well-maintained, and stocked with anything you could possibly need. A perfect stay for families or groups—we would definitely return!

The house was very clean and welcoming. It was perfect for our large group of three families. We enjoyed a nice winter getaway, with ice fishing, a sleigh ride and tubing at a local ski resort. The host, Bob, was very helpful with info about the area and answered any questions we had. He sent a email with so much useful information ahead of time. I really appreciated that extra touch as it helped us to plan our activities. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and family.
