“The house was nice and convenient to RIT (Rochester Inst of Technology) as we attended graduation ceremonies. Lots of room to spread out with a nice kitchen, LR/DR. Bathrooms in nice shape and the laundry room was convenient. Others have described the "somewhat busy street" ; however, you don’t hear any road noise from inside. We had a very relaxing and comfortable stay. And, the owner is great as we needed some dining suggestions and they were super helpful. We will definitely stay here again.”

“Our family of five had a wonderful stay at the Gate House! The location can’t be beat for its proximity to the Perry entrance of Letchworth Park, and for its beautiful quiet setting and grounds. My husband especially loved reading beside the fire and gazing at the magnificent stars visible with the backyard light turned off. “First its hard to find property bcoz on expedia address mentioned wrong it should be 3767 maple grove but it mention 3767 walker road and shows something else property. After i looked message from owner after that easy to find property. I must says it well maintained property and comfortable i would definitely recommend to stay here. “We came as a group of family and friends to observe the eclipse. We wanted plenty of space and proximity to other things to do, like hiking and the winery. This fit the bill and was quite affordable too. In addition to enjoying the property, we drove to Letchworth State Park, which’s was only 45 mins away abs very worthwhile. We loved the (steep) hike down to hemlock lake, and the short walk to Oh-Neh-Da Winery too. It was a great home base for our long weekend.”

“We enjoyed our stay! Expansive lake views and the sunset was beautiful. Kayaks were fun and plenty of lifejackets. Was easy to enter the lake from the docks. Pride of ownership in the home was evident in the pristine condition and warm welcome. Linens were higher quality and beds were comfortable. Several cute towns nearby with delicious food options and groceries.”

“I picked this place because it was in the zone of totality and I could watch the eclipse from the comfort of a hot tub instead of having to fight through traffic. Clouds unfortunately completely blocked the view but still had a great time. There were some minor maintenance issues like how the main bedroom door downstairs did not shut that should be fixed to improve other's experience but overall it was a lovely visit. “The property was priced correctly. The kitchen was nice and the furniture was comfortable. The water from the fausets smelled and you couldn't drink it. Drinking water and water for the coffee was supplied. The bathroom shower could use updating. The location was good. close to down town Naples and Bristol Mountain.”

“It was perfect for our stay to visit our son at Elim Bible Institute and College. The property was surprisingly was quaint and quiet! We never heard any of the activities that went on through the movies or the flea market traffic! We actually enjoyed a stroll through all the hubbub. The place felt brand new and everything we needed.”

“The Nestled Inn was just as described; cozy, comfortable and in a great location. The hosts were proactive in their communication and responded quickly to texts. We attended a beautiful wedding at the Wren's Roost close by and enjoyed the local area for dining. The hosts were very thoughtful in their attention to detail at the inn. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back in the future.”
