“Room was perfectly clean and cool. Check in process was simple.”

“Sadly, I will not recommend this place for a 4-5 day stay. It seems to be an old motel that they are trying to keep open. We rented it because we were visiting family and wanted a place to have morning coffee before we left for the day. There wasn’t a thing in the kitchen area. Not a utensil, appliance, plate, glass or cup. No towels in the kitchen. The bathroom door handle came off almost every time we opened it. Enough said.”

“Great experience and great location very grateful for the stay, would highly recommend.”

“Das Management-Team ist einfach WUNDERBAR! Brandy und Tiffany sind wirklich wie Familie, die besten beiden Managerinnen überhaupt!”

“This is the second time we’ve been blessed to stay at Kildahl house for family events. Its an absolutely charming place, do well located by the River and restaurants. I rarely use the word, “curated”, but it fits these beautiful apartments. Every detail was obviously hand picked and hand place; modern in amenities, but still warm and cozy! “The door lock was not easy got locked out many times. There were three guests and we were left with three towels and three wash clothes for an entire week stay. No basic stuff like salt and pepper for plastic wrap or foil. No large bowls to make anything in. Two pans. There were lamps with no where to plug in. We don't have outlets to plug phones and stuff in. We had to buy extension cords. 4 hangers in the closet. Furniture layout was crowed. On the positive side. Place was very conveniently...

“The perfect loft for a couples getaway. I loved everything about this property! Beautiful exposed brick and just an overall cozy feel. It is within walking distance to many cute restaurants and right beside the river. We drove down to Rosemont park and ride and rode the cta blue line into Chicago. It was a great way to see the city without dealing with traffic or expensive parking. I would definitely stay here again if in the area.”

“Clean, cozy and a very nice central location for our trip around”

“We had an amazing stay at the Kildahl House in Suite 3! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed. The suite is absolutely adorable - stylish, chic, and thoughtfully decorated!! It was the perfect size for a couple looking for a cozy getaway in a charming town with plenty of great restaurants nearby! The suite was spotless, and all of the amenities made our stay comfortable and relaxing. What really stood out, though, was the exceptional communication and customer service. We ran into an...
