Love the house!

Great porch! VERY well stocked kitchen! Nice bedding and pillows! The inside of home was very clean. I would definitely stay here again.

It is a great house with a great view. The sheets and towels are really itchy so I would bring your own. Getting the parking situcation figured out was a nightmare.The hammock fell out of the wall while someone was reading in it and that made us nervous to mess with much after that.

This house was spotlessly clean, right on the beach with a large porch and comfortable furniture. The kitchen and pantry were well stocked, better than any rental kitchen we have ever encountered. Beds are comfortable throughout and the ocean view from the front bedrooms is awesome. There are several comfortable sitting areas and a large dining table. The beach was not crowded at all. Golf at Caledonia, Tru Blue, Heritage or Sporting Clays at Backwoods Quail Club are a short drive away. We will definitely come back!

Room for one or more

A beautiful, shore front property in the gracious Debordieu community. Traveling alone, you're assured of security and safety with the Debordieu security system. The house is perfect for one or a multitude with so many bedrooms and bathrooms and expansive porches and living space. The home's orientation to the beach and coast is ideal. There are miles of coastline to easily walk or enjoy relaxing time on the screened porch.

Total R&R with a View - the porch on this home was the hangout!

Great home with a beautiful view of the ocean

Home is very spacious and great layout. Ocean view can’t be beat from ground floor to upstairs bedrooms. We had 12 with 6 adults and 6 children under 9. Only 1 tv but ended being a good thing which allowed adults to interact more. Well pleased with home!

Oklahoma beach hunters

We were able to get to our vacation house Sunday and were extremely pleased! The home is very well appointed, and situated right on the beach. I’m a cook and normally do a lot of cooking while at our beach houses and this house had the best kitchen of any home we have ever stayed in over the last 14 years coming to South Carolina. To compliment the Tidelife crew they helped us navigate the bump in hurdles that came with our flights being canceled. Happy Okies with this trip!

The only problem was trying to decide where to relax and enjoy the view......a comfy lounge chair in the upstairs deck, the huge screen porch, the hammock, the beach itself which is just down a few steps? So many choices! Great location, quiet neighborhood. We rode bikes around DeBordieu and walked on the beach.made a couple trips into Georgetown for nice meals

As far as I know, it is the only front flag oceanfront house available to rent in Debordieu (there may be one other, but the rest are back flag homes). I agree with a previous reviewer: someone with an eye for architecture designed this home. The triple hung windows are so cool and allowed for amazing views. Just an FYI if you are traveling with someone with mobility challenges: there is no elevator and you will need to climb some stairs. As always, Tidelife is the best there is. We have already booked again for March.

A lovely home

The house itself is beautiful and well kept inside and out, and the views were amazing. We felt completely safe at the house, and we took advantage of the nearby nature walk and saw deer, gators, and so many water birds! I wouldn't recommend the house if you have issues with climbing stairs; they are steep and there are a lot of them. Typical for a beach front home, just something to consider. On the other hand, the higher you go, the better the view. :-)

5 Stars All Around - Great Property

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We did a quick weekend trip for Mother's Day weekend with our family and had a blast. The layout of the home was incredibly functional. Steps away from the beach, multiple outdoor showers and a bathroom that was really convenient for everyone so no one had to go inside the house while having beach time. Amazing ocean views from top story two bedrooms and main floor bedroom. Our favorite part of the home was the massive back screened in porch overlooking ocean. Beach is quiet and peaceful, not overly busy like most other beaches. We will absolutely come back.
