The unit was disgusting and filthy, dirty towels on the floor, trash in the cans and stained messed bed. It was not cleaned from prior guests. The owner was unreachable the first night, refused a complete refund so I could go to a hotel instead, which I did anyway. By day 3 of the reservation it was still not cleaned and I am still waiting on a dispute with my credit card company for my refund. The property manager tried their best, but their hands were tied with an owner who refused help. The entire main house also has two one bedroom units for rent. So the entire property is shared with 3 rental spaces. Everyone on property was frustrated for multiple issues and an owner who simply did not care and refused to refund or make things right.
