“The house was beautiful and even bigger than we expected. The grounds around the house (sheltered patio, fire pit, pool, etc.) were a delightful addition to our group’s stay as well. The host was very nice and made the check in and check out process very easy. The only issue we faced was that the house got very warm as the house is not air conditioned, though there were a few floor AC units and fans available. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely return in the future.”

“attended the blue's festival was a great time. we were right across the street from it a short walk. the apartment was an old Victorian home with charm. there was a couple things that needed repair, the kitchen faucet came off and the floors were dirty. “This apartment was perfect in location to the Cooperstown All Star complex. Craig and Mindy were wonderful hosts and had great communication. The apartment has everything you need to cook and save some money on food. Being pet friendly allowed us to bring our new puppy as well. “Very happy with the property. It is right on the lakeside and the lake is rather still most days making for great kayaking. The lake itself is pretty muggy so swimming, at least in this section of it, is not happening. However, the view and ambiance of the area is great. The neighbors to the right are pretty close, and it seems most houses in this area are rentals so Saturday night got pretty loud around us. The kitchen comes stocked with most things you need, and the beds were very comfortable....
