“The pullout sofa mattress in my room should be replaced due to cleanliness. also the mini fridge was horrific and barely kept anything cold. Along with the fact, you could hardly get anything in there. On the day, they were to clean my room and make bed. All they did was leave some fresh towels. They did not make the bed or replace my coffee. I had to call down to front desk. They finally brought it up to me and only brought me decaf coffee and 2 cups with no creamers or sugars.
