“We stayed over the 4th with a group of 12 (8 adults and 4 children) and had a blast! The guys fished every morning and they caught something each day! We kayaked, played in the river, enjoyed the firepit, and explored downtown Seguin and the Riverwalk. The kids also enjoyed the amusement park close-by. The house feels secluded yet close to shopping. The house was stocked and had tons of toys, bikes, puzzles, and river gear to use. I appreciate how attentive and kind the homeowner was as well. “Randy’s house was as advertised. A sprawling property with tons of amenities like a sports court, pool, cornhole boards, pool table, and more! The house was equipped with everything we needed - the towels and bedding were comfortable too. The water was really low, so we didn’t swim in the river, so it was really nice to have a pool to cool off in. ”
