Little Moon Tiny Lakefront Cabin

Pequeña casa en el lote frente al lago. Café de la mañana en la cubierta viendo la vida silvestre y saltando peces. Cómoda cama abatible tipo lofted con topper Q Futon, cocinita pequeña con agua corriente. Ducha privada al aire libre. A / C si lo desea o deje las ventanas abiertas para escuchar los ruidos de la noche encantadora. Trae tu bote y cañas de pescar. Pequeño muelle privado disponible para su barco y para la pesca. Gran caminata / ciclismo / escalada cercana. Una habitación para no fumadores cabina con baño pequeño.
Acabamos de agregar una pérgola y una parrilla a la terraza. También frente a la cabina hay 2 sillas en una terraza y una hoguera. Muy agradable para hacer smores y mirar el lago. Perfecto para una pareja o familia pequeña.

Sweet little getaway

Sweet little cabin with waterfront access. Great place to getaway to and catch some fish. Woke up watching deer every morning off the deck.

Great Getaway Spot

Excellent stay! Hosts communicated well, but gave space. Great location to explore a lot of different interesting sites. Very clean and cabin was as described in description.

Perfect for me my wife and dogs

Had our two dogs out on the water it was perfect, we loved getting to use the Paddle boats and other rentals on the property.

Cool Experience!

Little Moon was super clean, located in a neat spot with really nice hosts. Very comfortable and loved having morning coffee with the deer. We will add this as a repeat spot for weekend getaway locations!

We had another great stay at Little Moon! Kris and Matt are always willing to help with anything you may need. The area is beautiful and the cabin is so cozy. Great for a weekend getaway!

Great Hosts!

The quaint little cabin was clean and well maintained. It was perfect for a quick weekend getaway. The view of the water from the deck was very relaxing. The owners were very personable and extremely helpful. Great Stay!

As described the cabin is tiny, but comfortable. Kris the host was readily available and offered good information on different activities nearby. Had a great time!

Just what we needed

Only on the area for a couple days and it was a perfect glamping experience. It was nice to have all the lake toys available, even though we were just about relaxing this time. Beautiful to see the fall colors on the lake rather than be in a noisy hotel.

Exceptionally clean lodging, such a beautiful property with absolute privacy, and an owner whom it was a pleasure to meet and work with. My husband and I felt welcomed immediately, and very much enjoyed our stay. It was an absolute pleasure, and we would love to return. An A++!

a much needed place to run to

This is a beautiful piece of property situated in the Shawnee National Forrest of southern Illinois, The hospitality our host was very gracious and kind. I hope to return some day and my ONLY advice would be....don't change a thing!

Amazing!

I’ve used this rental in the past. This time it was just me and my dog. The peace and quiet of rental is amazing. The hosts Kris and matt are wonderful! They made sure we were taken care if we needed anything. They are both super nice and friendly. The sight from the cabin is breathtaking. All around one of my favorite I will continue to book at!

Both my husband and myself enjoyed ourselves . The cabin was very clean and definitely cozy . The hosts were very nice people and glad we got the opportunity to meet them and chat a little bit . I loved all the deer we saw on a daily basis , granted our doggies didn’t know what to think ! The lake is gorgeous and it’s so peaceful and quiet out there. We would definitely stay again .

Unique and perfect

Exactly as described. Such a nice view of the lake and hubby could just go down to the dock and fish. Outdoor shower was fun and the water was really warm. Close to state parks for hiking. Got an idea for a sliding barn door for my house from there. A lovely stay

Cozy cabin

This cabin is tiny, but cozy. Everything we needed was there. We stayed here to be close to SIU for our granddaughter’s graduation. The drive to the school was easy. The setting on the lake was very pretty & peaceful. We were pleased to find we could bring our pup. He enjoyed his walks on the quiet road. The hosts are so very friendly & quick to answer all questions.
