Officially rated 5-star furnished accommodation and certified by the Odyssea label, the property majestically overlooks the Rivière Sens marina. You enter through a private parking area leading to a spectacular 100 m² deck, a true relaxation space facing the Caribbean Sea and its unforgettable sunsets. The villa features an exceptional 14 m x 3 m infinity pool, a remarkable feat of architecture and engineering. A 35°C jacuzzi, tropical garden (under construction), and open-air pavilion with sofas, hammocks, a Creole-style bar, foosball table, dining area, and barbecue invite you to unwind with family and friends in a fully private environment reserved exclusively for you.

Villa MANA offers 6 air-conditioned bedrooms, including 3 master suites, comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests across three levels. Two sofa beds allow accommodation for 4 additional guests when needed, for a maximum capacity of 16 guests.

Villa MANA is set within a 2,000 m² tropical garden currently being landscaped. Enjoy meeting our local gardening artisans and discover the region’s remarkable tropical plants!

Villa MANA combines exceptional comfort with a low environmental footprint. Our eco-conscious renovation incorporates Guadeloupean woods crafted on-site by the island’s finest artisans. All mattresses were produced locally in Basse-Terre. Electricity and hot water are generated by the generous Caribbean sun and stored on-site to power energy-efficient appliances. Mirrored sliding doors help maintain cool indoor temperatures, and combined with ceiling fans, significantly reduce air conditioning use. Our private water reserve tank ensures a continuous supply of triple-filtered volcanic water, protecting you from the water outages unfortunately common in Guadeloupe. And here, no sargassum seaweed: you are located at the gateway to Guadeloupe’s leeward coast, where it is rarely seen.
