“Plenty of parking for the hotel behind the pub. Great shower in our room and comfortable king size bed (room 4). Good breakfast, cooked to order.”

“Everything was as usual really lovely. Unfortunately that Sunday happened to be the coldest and when l arrived the room was freezing cold. Staff tried their best to rectify the situation but to no avail. After an hour or more Lady Den brought me an extra quilt so l can use. The lady was a God sent she managed to get the temperature to at least 17 and it made a real difference. Overall l ended up with a good night in a warm place. Staff are so helpful at The Hamilton Arms.”

“This was by far one of the best inn rooms I have slept in for years. The bed was big and comfortable with a great mattress topper, two big wide windows for air. There was both a bath and a shower and both were clean. Tv and great coffee machine with plenty of milk and sugar with milk alternatives if needed. “I was greeted by staff in the pub in the evening with a warm friendly welcome. The rooms are in a separate annex so no noise can be heard from the pub. You are given a door code on arrival. The room was clean as was the bedding and towels. Quite a spacious double room with desk chair and armchair. The bathroom was clean The shower pressure wasn’t particularly strong but it was ample.
