“We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Chestnut Tree. Lisa, the host was the main reason, she is a great communicator which is important when booking. She was so very helpful with local information and incredibly kind. Our room was beautiful and the amenities in the bathroom delightful. The area is beautiful but with only one night, we didn’t get the change to do much exploring. Next time. Thank you Lisa for a wonderful stay.”

“There was quite a lot of noise from the restaurant below us and the garden, also heard staff at 0630 outside. Internet was not good enough for a video meeting so had to leave early. Bathroom was tiny. Okay but wouldn’t stay again. ”

“Very good for us as we were attending a convention nearby. Happy to give a 4/5, would have been perfect if the bathroom railing wasn't broken off already, and the TV had almost no options for us, as we would need access to a Netflix or whatever account you need for it. Live TV was non existent, believe me, we tried! There were a couple of free channels to watch, but mostly true crime stuff or judge Judy, or the cheesy older films.
