“All around a remarkable and great stay! We look forward to staying again in the future. The beds were comfortable. Everything we could possibly need was provided including breakfast items and snacks. The hosts were very communicative and accomodating.”

Then received text from host asking me to send pics of my ID front and back, credit card front and back, take a selfie with the two cards and sign my name on a piece of paper. I did this and it was approved by host, but I got several texts asking me to do that whole process again. Check in was 4 pm. At 4:40 I still had not received the key code to get into the room. “Not very clean”

“The building only has security working there, which we did not expect. We thought this would be like a typical hotel, but it is far from it. Everybody who was a guest there seemed incredibly confused as to where to go or what to do, and there was no pool in the building like we thought. There is also limited parking near the building, but additional parking is located across the street. Despite this, we were pleasantly surprised once we got the code to get into our room. “The location was nice and the property was attached to the beach. The unit needs a little TLC, there was trash in drawers, sand all over the floor, and the walls were chipped everywhere. The hosts were great with communication and accommodating check in and check out, and they responded quickly when issues did come up.”

“Well maintained. The room is nice, the parking convenient and 4 good-size elevators.Convenience of parking to room, keypad entry. Park, go straight to room!”

“The property has a great location with beach access, views and very nice pools! Communication with the host was great! The only negative we had was that it wasn't the cleanest, there were weird brown smears on the living room walls and floors….. the furniture was a bit old/ beat up. Overall not a bad property to stay at! Just know it’s not very updated.”
